2024.11.26 11:40 PawnToB4 What Scans To Diagnose TOS?

I got a dopplers studies ultrasound done to detect any compression/how good my blood flow is, all is well apparently in both the arteries and veins in and multiple positions.
It perplexes me though since holding a good posture does help me significantly to alleviate pain.
I wonder if dopplers studies doesn’t account for nerve compression? My main symptom is pain and numbness in my ring and pinkie fingers which I’ve consulted orthopaedic surgeons about to no avail. I’ve had ultrasounds done on my wrist, elbow, now arteries and veins yet I can’t seem to find the reason for it. I’ve also had an EMG done that came back negative although that was at the beginning of my journey (its gotten worse since)
Scheduled in for a thoracic spine mri to rule out thoracic spine syndrome but in the meantime, any suggestions I should bring to my doc? Cheers

Hey y’all, I’ve got some nice dense Oreoz that comes out with a nice thick consistency that’s easy to work with right out of the press. Then there’s this strain of Terdz that has very loose buds and the consistency is greasy, you cannot work with it unless it’s on a cold plate. I normally press flower at 185°f but this stuff doesn’t yield much under 185°. This seems to be with any loose nugs. Any tips on this? (As soon as it’s taken off a cold plate it just smears on parchment paper. TIA

Hi, I'm trying to use the API and falconpy in order to create automated daily reports for monitoring purpose, but the documentation is really hard to understand...
I have already built a python-based tool for that purpose that is already gathering data from other systems on a weekly basis. I'm using the 1.4.3 version of falconpy.
The specific data I'm looking for at this moment is the total amount of these:
Privileged accounts High Risk Privileged Users Shared Privileged Users High Risk Users
As shown in the UI under 'Identity Protection' dashboard , filtered by from/to timestamp ranges, but I could not find that in the documentation here: https://falcon.us-2.crowdstrike.com/identity-protection/api-documentation/overview
