I am a recent addition to a board in a townhouse community in NJ (136 units). Neighbor A went to do a wellness check on neighbor B next door. Neighbor B was passed out and the police came and took her to the hospital (she is ok). Neighbor B emailed the association to say she had suspicions she was a hoarder and sent us pics. There is garbage everywhere, sink full of dirty dishes. Extension cords plugged in all over. What can we do? Would this most likely be stated in the by-laws, do we need to talk to our attorney for advice? Looking through some of the other commentary on here around hoarders it seems like a bit of a grey area since it is an owner occupied unit, but you're also connected to other units on each side so you are putting them at risk

2024.11.26 13:40 Hellinfernel Ok, had my first hours on Gleba, need some help with how to continue.
Ok, so this planet in general feels very, very different compared to the other planets, but not in a bad way. Currently, i am just a bit confused with all the new materials. On the other planets, the most new stuff was relatively easy to figure out, once you understood how to create the core materials like iron and copper, you didn't struggle much anymore. However, here are entirely new materials to figure out and in general I am a bit hesitant to build a bigger factory simply because I have no idea what I have to expect aside from my stuff going to dirt. Now I am supposed to build something called a "Biochamber", and for that I need some spooky eggs where Ii have no idea where to get them. Also, so far I didn't even set up a smeltery because unfortunately I took foundries instead of the normal furnaces, and they need another special material I only get on vulcanus.
P.S: Search a stone patch and use it to create landfill, massively important on this planet where water seems to be everywhere.

when time i buy package, gen3 alpha mode has 2 in queue. but it has now only 1 queue. and it is always take very lone time. so i forget "gen 3 alpha" and used gen "3 alpha turbo".
but now, "gen 3 Alpha turbo" mode taking long time. it is not "fast" anymore. To get a usable video, i need to make at least 5 videos. Sometimes, even if you make 10, you won't get a good one. Now, with what you've done, it takes about 5 minutes to make one video. That means I can get about two videos per hour. If I spend 5 hours, I get 10 videos. What's so funny?

Jeg læser til datamatiker i København og er på 4. semester.
Jeg har slet ikke kunne finde praktikplads til mit 5. semester, og deadline er om ikke alt for længe :/
Jeg har hørt fra andre jeg kender at det også har været svært for dem at finde en praktikplads, så jeg har bare prøvet at sende så mange ansøgninger ud som muligt, og vil fortsat gøre det indtil deadline...
Men hvis jeg ikke finder en praktikplads inden snart, ender det nok med jeg skal tage pause fra studiet og prøve igen næste semester, hvilket jeg virkelig gerne vil undgå.
Jeg ville høre om der er nogen herinde der enten kan hjælpe på nogen måde, eller give råd til hvordan jeg måske ville kunne nå at finde en plads :)
Det er 10 ugers ulønnet praktik, med start i slutningen af Januastart februar. I mit skole forløb har vi primært kodet i Javascript/React til frontend og Java til backend, så er vi også belevet introduceret til flere forskellige teknologier.
