Not sure if the right flair but just want to know if there are any Manhattan Parkview Tower 3 owners here who can share their thoughts on living there.
This building is already old (13 yrs old) and I just want to know the ff: 1. How's the maintenance here? Do elevators break frequently or are amenities taken care of? 2. How's the response when there are emergencies (storms/earthquake/etc)? Do the units have back up generators? 3. How's the garbage disposal? Is there any infestation? 4. Is fiber available here? I read that fiber might not be available for old condos

OK, hello. I'm fairly new to the game, but I've had a couple duels that I won by stacking massive heat upon my enemies (using a Minotaur build at ll2 with Black Thumb 2, Hacker 2, and Engineer 1 as my traits).
My next battle is against a Sherman. Reading up on it before battle, I see that it can stabilize and clear all heat with a quick action. Heat cap at 8 but my maximum (that I'm aware of) heat packing in a turn is 6 (chains of prometheus and overcharge a quick tech action to stick another 2). Now, if I'm able to get into range 8 I can stun him for at least a turn (my active maze has given me exactly two turns of stun the two times I've used it) but my question is: Experienced players, how would you approach this battle? (It's going to be a heavy urban map, if that helps).
