I'm trying to understand the cost differences (if any) between using the OpenAI API and the Azure OpenAI API for the same model, specifically GPT-4o. From what I’ve read, their pricing for tokens (input/output) seems to be identical in global regions. However, are there any additional charges or hidden costs that make Azure more expensive, such as infrastructure fees, regional pricing variations, or anything else?
For example, if I just wanted to run the same amount of tokens through GPT-4o on both platforms, would I be paying the same amount in practice? Or are there subtle differences in how the two platforms bill you?

Hi. I got back onto effexor in the beginning of october, starting on 35 mg and then upping the dose slightly up to 75 mg throughout the month. Now I have been taking 75 mg for about a month and my cycle is unusually late (currently the 39th day of the cycle). My period usually come like clockwork every month, I have also taken several pregnancy tests this week and last week, came up negative. Should I be concerned or could this be the meds messing it up?

Hey guys, I've been playing SPT for long time now and honestly, seeing how it feels nice to be able to mod this game in terms of some mechanics and difficulty it is in my opinion good alternative to BSG's bullshitery. But then again I recently just started my adventure with PvE mode, and what I can say with all due respect is that this mode is actually good. I know I know y'all will probably scold me or laugh at me, but it's honestly... Good? I can't believe that I'm saying this but BSG has finally done some good work with that mode. Especially considering the fact that with SPT you have to go through quite a proces of stubborn Projec* F*ka Installation, while in PvE you have co-op as default option. It feels kind of scary at the beginning for me when Partizan or Goons just come at me while I had low level gear and it's hard to get keys and other useful items, but that mode gives me somewhat of a familiar taste I bought Tarkov for those two years ago. Rough but fun and satisfying, while free of cheaters. You may want to give it a try, it's worth it in my opinion guys, but not that I'm encouraging you to do it or anything like that, I see that BSG is actually considering players' invoices and comes up with good solution to major problem of network connection lost or being killed by a cheater. PvE is almost getting there to be as good as SPT honestly. What do you all think of this?

But I’m reading that Japan tends to view “I changed my mind about this” returns or exchanges negatively. Current specs: •Ryzen 5 5600 •MSI B450 Mortar Max •MSI RX 5600 XT •32 GB 3200Mhz •Corsair TX650M 80+ Gold
Gaming in 2024 with this GPU has been quite disappointing. Helldivers 2, Space Marines 2 and more recently STALKER 2 has my GPU showing it’s age. Especially when it comes to VRAM(6GB).
I have looked into Nvidia GPUs since I would like to have DLSS and possibly DLSS Frame Generation
Right now in the Black Friday period, RTX 3060 and 4060(Ti)s have gotten a decent discount.
Though now the question is, how will these cards perform on my aging B450 MB(PCIE 3.0)
What do you guys think? Perhaps it’s worth waiting for 5000 series
