Hey y‘all,
I plan to do a semester abroad in my masters program. Since I really liked it in Almaty I consider to do it there.
But whenever I look for apartments to rent the prices are ridiculous high, like twice the prices I am used to in big cities in Germany.
I am not really fluent in russian by now, so I searched in english… what sites would you recommend to use? And what prices can I expect for an 1 room apartment? And are shared apartments a thing among kazakh students?
In Germany I live off 1k a month excluding rent. I am pretty frugal… Will it be possible to have the same budget in Almaty including rent, or will it be too tight?

Eu já solicitei a abertura do processo de devolução por ticket dentro dos sete dias para arrependimento, mas até agora nada. Nisso já tá indo pra 5 dias. Alguém já passou por isso? Foi demorado desse jeito o processo de devolução? Mesmo que eles respondam depois dos sete dias o direito de arrependimento ainda vale, correto? Visto que o pedido de devolução foi feito dentro do prazo estipulado...

Casual hobbyist checkin in. No plans to compete. Theres a BJJ and JJJ gym in my area and I decided to gave both a try. I signed up and did the 10 trip concession at the BJJ gym and had a trial session at the JJJ gym.
BJJ gym- a splice of "general" warm ups, more sport specific ones, and a huge chunk of the session is just mostly partner techniques and rolling, and drills/games.
JJJ- it felt like a conditioning class with technique thrown in between. Jogging, pushups, situps, squats, burpees at the start and end of the session whereas we did the breakfalls, technique of the week and rolling in between for a little bit.
Between the two gyms, I enjoyed the BJJ approach more. I can do conditoning on my own time and heck, there are even separate classes for it.

my gameplan is that i'll have the Ghost Ark bring my warriors to a objective, drop them, and then a combo of ressurection orb from the Technomancer and the repair effect of Ghost Ark will keep them alive and scoring. my C'tan will be providing ranged support for the Skorpekhs, and together with scarabs they'll cover another point. the Overlord+Lychguard will use the translocation shroud effect to get past big walls of troops and tear through back row ranged support at close range. any suggestions to change my list or strategy? much appreciated.
