Hello there,
I've recently obtained Train Sim World 4 - and I experienced some weird behavior: during a train ride, sometimes I get little freezes (sometimes they appear way bigger) and stuttering. I've checked the game files twice, updated my driver etc - nothing helps.
My hardware should be able to run the game at least on high to medium graphics ->
Ryzen 5 5600X 16 GB RAM AMD Radeon 6750 XT Of course I'm using an SSD drive

ein Kollege aus dem selben Fachbereich kam letzte Woche mit einer Frage zu mir welche ich Ihm nicht sicher beantworten konnte.
Da er erstmal keine schlafenden Hunde wecken wollte, habe ich Ihm versprochen micht zu erkundigen.
Wir bekommen jedes Jahr ein Informationsschreiben bezĆ¼glich des noch vorhandenen Resturlaubsanspruchs fĆ¼r das laufende Jahr. Beiliegend ist eine einfache EmpfangsbestƤtigung.
Mein Kollege hat laut dem Schreiben mehr Urlaubstage Ć¼brig als Ihm zustehen wĆ¼rde. Er wurde 2x aus dem Urlaub gerufen um den laufenden Betrieb aufrecht zu halten und betriebsbedingt ist es im Dezember kaum mƶglich den verbliebenen Urlaub zu nehmen.
Seine Frage war nun:
Wenn er fĆ¼r die entsprechenden Resturlaubstage einen Ćbertrag in das neue Jahr beantragt und dies von entsprechender Stelle bewilligt wird, kƶnnen dennoch im Nachgang die zuviel gewƤhrten Urlaubstage rĆ¼ckgefordert werden?
Mir war nur die Option der RĆ¼ckforderung bekannt, wenn man innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate kĆ¼ndigt und zuviel Urlaub genommen hat.
Danke schonmal im Vorraus!
