 | Hello all. Our house was built in 2022 and has a round floor outlet in the living room that had a plastic cover over the outlets. Somehow we managed to break the plastic cover but I can’t figure out what I need to get to replace it. What I tried from Lowe’s is just the plastic round plate with 2 openings and it doesn’t work, it just sits into the hole in the floor and wiggles around with nowhere to attach it. Hello! Broke student here currently in the process of writing a script for a five minute short psychological film idea about the obsession of a artist. The location will mainly be my home, some local streets, and a garage with a single actor and voice over. The problem being this: I only have one actor (myself) and absolutely zero budget which isn't too big of a problem as this is more of a "can I really create a film?". I would be working with a the camera app on iPhone 8, Davinci Resolve, and potentially one wireless clip on mic (or something similar). Is it possible to be able to shoot a short film in this sense even though the quality may be poor given that I would have to do "everything"? I'm thinking it may not be ha!
