If production is going to gaslight the cast into an extreme environment, they bear the responsibility of gauging the contestants mental health.
Burt struggles to consistently delineate reality from the show like the rest of the contestants.
I don't necessarily think he shouldn't be in the tank- he's a superstar and crowd favorite. Wildly entertaining with a great heart. He commits to the role 100% every time for the audience. And you can tell he loves it. Absolute King. It just hurts to see him get upset- he's experiencing real, intense distress at times too. It makes me sad.
I just think with his mental health, he should have been better informed so he could make a decision for himself if he wanted to be in hell house.
Burt is a treasure and they made him cry. Release frank on production for allowing anyone to hurt Burt.
I'm happy burt is coddled and I wish they coddled him more. Make the penthouse into a Burt palace and have Chris be his co king. All contestants must listen to their orders.

The only way I can stand Taz and Isla being together when I’m on a different route. I make Taz look so bad for starters, and then just keep reminding myself that he’ll never have anyone like MC. So he’ll never be able to give Isla what she needs. So the moment the show is over they break up. I have to believe that they don’t work otherwise I’ll replay Taz’s route over and over. Same goes for Isla, seeing her with Taz 😩 why did I have to be down bad for both of them ??

I hit my 10 years working for Amazon next month at 30 years old. Although, the benefits are great… the compensation and incentives are continuously declining for the past couple of years, along with my body. I still live paycheck to paycheck, and I don’t feel it’s worth it anymore. I feel like I’m stuck in an endless cycle. I’ve worked here since I was 19, so I don’t have much more skills than warehousing. I do have my forklift certification but I already make more than forklift jobs around me. I absolutely hate driving, I get so much anxiety driving my own car so I could imagine a delivery truck or getting my CDL to drive wouldn’t be the right fit for me. I’m also extremely introverted and find it hard to hear and talk to people so customer service would go terrible. I’ve been taking basic building trade classes just to try new things and also I feel would help me if I was to ever buy a house to be more handy. Although in my paycheck to paycheck situation and this housing market I don’t see that happening anytime soon. I just don’t know how to better myself in this situation. I have been applying myself to a few jobs everyday in hopes to gain some more skills (manufacturing, painting, some trade apprenticeships, home remodeling, other warehousing) which most don’t get back to me so I’ve even called to check up on my application. Nearly all turned me down for my experience not meeting their expectations or not “being the right fit” except for a few warehouse jobs that offered me $3-5/hr less than what I make now with little to no tenure or career growth.
My partner tells me I need to leave Amazon due to the overworked schedule and the pay not cutting it. Between Dec1-Jan5, I work 11-12 hour days and only have 4 days off in those 5 weeks. So I have limited time off to spend doing chores that need done, let alone any free time to rest or be with family. My partner loves what they do and they makes almost triple my salary in half the hours. And they can just request days off in advance if needed, with no max limits really. I just really envy it. I don’t really know what I want to do or what I’d even be good at when no jobs give me a chance to learn any new skills. I feel stuck in an endless cycle.

 | I inherited this baby a few months ago during peak summer. I watered it regularly and it was flourishing. Last month I repotted it since the previous owner told me it hadn’t been repotted in 2 years. I watered it until it drained and haven’t watered it since. The top 2 inches or so of the center soil near the roots is starting to dry but the soil on the outside (and I suspect lower in the pot) is still visibly moist. I’m afraid of overwatering but have also read that when the center soil starts to dry that I should give it some water. It hasn’t dropped any leaves any still looks generally healthy so I’m not too concerned but also don’t want to not water or over water. Can anyone please offer any advice? Next week my department is doing our Christmas party, and there will be a White Elephant gift exchange. My supervisor said people either do real gifts or gag gifts.
When I’ve done White Elephant parties with my friends, I typically go for a gag gift. But I don’t know whether I should do that or play it safe with a regular gift.
I’ve only been at this company for a couple months so I don’t know everyone well enough to know what would be enjoyable or what counts as inappropriate. (There’s also nothing that I could really do as an inside joke since I don’t have any yet).
What are some good work appropriate gift ideas? Gag gift and real gift suggestions are both welcome.

This was supposed to be more of a rage post titled "flashes are too op" but i decided to be more general.
So i was playing split and the opponents had Kayo breach gekko, phnx and deadlock. Even though We won , it was one of the most frustrating matches i ever played
seriously wtf am i supposed to do when i get hit with 2 flashes and stuns every round? Like genuinely i could not avoid it. There whole team was pushing b so we had no choice but to go b and I WAS MISREBLE THERE
I go haeven? Breach stuns me, i have choice either go down where gekko and pheonix are spamming flashes with odin or stay haevn where ill probably get flashed and killed by kayo with breach
I stay in alley?? Kayos balde rats me out followed by either stun or gekko ult or phoenix flashes
I COULD stay b and try to push b mains (frankly this is all i could do, go b mains and get 1 or 2 kills before dying)
Near the end i was annyoed asf so we went A, wait for them to plant b and then go with my team through 15 different flashes and stuns and maybe defuse
We won after the sides changed (a single breach or kayo is quite easy to counter) but i NEVER want to experience this again
is there something we could do as a team? Any tactics i couldve employed? All i can think of is taking more agents like deadlock or sage to avoid pushing altogether.

I’m an EU citizen. I got a Spanish NIE years ago in my home country from the Spanish consulate, the one you receive as a PDF. I think people call it a white NIE.
I have since moved to Spain and have my empadronamiento. I have been asked to show my NIE and have only received puzzled looks when I show my PDF printout. People expect to see some sort of an officially issued card.
So I looked into it. I can’t get a TIE, because those are not for EU citizens. But I see that there’s the so-called “green” NIE card, which is the Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de UE.
What do I need to do? Do I need to get a “green” NIE/CUE? What about the NIE that I already have, is it only a temporary one? Does my current one facilitate getting the “green” NIE? I have no clue what to do…
