2024.11.26 16:13 Same-Sound-4692 Ear infection after relapse?
Went almost two months…. Had some drinks at the bar on Friday … we all know what happened next. I had 3 cigarettes that I bummed from a friend. It was delicious in the moment … next day, instant regret. Woke up extremely hungover and one side of my throat and ear were killing me. The lymph node on that side is swollen, feels like glass when swollow and the ear is killing me! Definitely feels like an ear infection.
Not looking for medical advice, but does this seem correlated to the smoking? I feel so stupid for breaking my streak! Reset my smoke app :( almost 3 days later since, and still hurting. Gonna go to urgent care if it doesn’t feel better by Wednesday.
Anyone had this happen?

I was listening to Can't Buy a Thrill this morning and thought about the fact that despite how much I love Donald's voice—and that he IS the voice of Steely Dan—I still do genuinely enjoy David Palmer's wistful vocals.
