2024.11.26 21:39 HerolegendIsTaken How does matchmaking work? I can't seem to get any fun lobbies.
While this might make me seem pretentious or like i'm trying to show off, but this isn't the case at all.
I'm asking how matchmaking works, is it skill based etc because frankly i have yet to lose a game. I don't think of myself as overly good at shooter games, nor do i play them much but i have never placed out of the top three on my team. Most of the time i'm 1st or second.
I quit the game because of this, as it was no fun killing everyone so easily. While it is a nice ego boost it makes you really bored after a while. There is no difficulty.
So am i doing something wrong? Are there some modes that have more skill based matchmaking? I played a couple of games in every gamemode and I can't really see much difference.
There is ranked but i dont like ranked much after trying it.
So yeah, is Call of duty just like that? MW3 is my first COD so is this sort of thing normal or am i somehow connecting to super easy servers or something? Is the matchmaking broken? I really don't know.

Hi I’m trying to look at the planets in our solar system but when I look through they all look like this (image 1 is Jupiter) that’s really the best image I’ve gotten of it and Saturn and mars look the same (2 and 3). I use a slokey skyways 40070 telescope (specifications image 4) with a 25mm lense, 10mm lense and a 3x Barlow lense. I’ve tried looking up issues but haven’t found anyone mentioning this specific telescope and other solutions include wearing sunglasses to dim the planets which didn’t work, making sure it’s focused properly which made it look very bright or one big grey blob, waiting until it’s high above the horizon which I do anyway, collimating the telescope which might be the issue as the example photo looked similar to mine but I don’t want to start messing on with it without knowing what I’m doing (there are these black screws image 5 but I don’t want to unscrew them willy nilly) however it did say a properly collimated telescope will be able to see the Galilean moons which I can (6) and it’s clear outside, the telescope is outside for sometimes past an hour which the manual says only 20 minutes will do and if it helps (7) Jupiter just above the middle is this bright with Orion’s Belt quite a bit below it for scale. If anyone knows how to solve this please let me know I’m dying to see them properly haha thanks.

2024.11.26 21:39 Additional_Silver753 I heard my mum and dad talking about my mum cheating on my dad.
About 4 weeks ago I (22M, still live at home with my parents) was woken up by very loud conversations coming from my parents room. My parents usually had a very (seemingly) happy marriage and I had never been woken up by arguing before. I couldn’t help but listen, and the gist of it that I could pick up was that my mum was cheating on my dad.
I was a bit shocked for a couple days but sorta forgot about and tried to convince myself that I must have misheard them or not got the full story. Because I just couldn’t believe my mum would do that.
And then fast forward to this morning, I hear them arguing about it again. Much clearer this time. My mum saying she doesn’t see him anymore and that she wouldn’t do it again. You get the picture.
I feel physically sick and don’t know how I can look at my mum the same way again. Am I massively overreacting or is it natural to shocked to learn this?

After I got off work yesterday I decided to ride home I was going 25 mph but once I got home I settle in than want back outside to make a store run. I set my scooter on sport mode while I was riding I happen to look down at the display screen it said 15 mph in sport mode I’m not sure why. So when I got back home from the store , I put the scooter on the charger woke up this morning to head to work still the same thing upon leaving work today the scooter decided it want to go 25 mph in sport mode I’m not sure if it cause I had 4 bar of battery or if it was too cold that why the scooter was off I’m really hoping their noting wrong with it I crash it 3 time already all 3 time I jump off before the scooter crash me

I don’t believe that there are enough juice merch or atleast creative ones and I got a lot of ideas I’m trynna push. Honestly I think I can make some crazy bear plushies and rugs, posters, pajama bottoms, shirts, etc. I been debating if I should start dropping some juice music to my audience with animation or like a visual, since I really find it wild that it’s not touched and prolly never will be. But idk the legalities behind that, I’m willing to do it free of profit for love of the community but I know they’re quick to take down grails. Regardless tho if I really invest in it how many people are down for things like this ?
