ITAP means you automatically get promoted to CS-02 after 1 year, so you were delaying what is a substantial pay raise. I've also had friends as CS-01s at SSC tell me it's much harder to move up there, competitions are fewer and as the name suggests you still actually compete for the job rather than get it given to you.

Indoor pineapple plant? I just fell in love with having houseplants about three years ago, so I’m still learning as I go, but I discovered that I have a pretty green thumb and have jumped right in. I’ve been adding to my collection as things catch my eye. Yesterday I saw this adorable pineapple plant at BJ’s and had to bring it home. The tag says easy care but I’m in MA, USA and I have never seen an indoor pineapple plant in my life. Has anyone grown one of these as a house plant in a cold winter climate? Tips/suggestions/warnings? TIA

It must be 2 or 3 times (same days) that the moment I switch from M11 X6 to 2038 X6 thermal on the SWS-10 that I get disconnected from the game and the EA servers. Seat Clean Looking for recommendations on a product to clean/maintain the seats on my MK8R. I don't like anything that will leave a greasy shine. I prefer the matte, natural look of the leather. So far I've just been wiping them down with a little ONR.

Justin Fields would have been a much better quarterback under Thomas Brown.
It's insane to hear a Bears coordinator say out loud "I don't play, I have to adapt to my players" because that hasn't happened since as far back as Lovie from what I remember.
I think Caleb is going to be special, and is a better qb than Justin - but with a mindset like Brown's Justin could have won a few more games last year.

I got recently married. I'm 28 year old my wife 26. Before marriage I had a flat which I owned out right. Before getting married we lived together for around 1.5 years. I earn around double what my wife makes (she earns a little over median). We live in Europe if it changes anything
My wife is very stricte about paying half of the costs of stuff to ensure she is not using on financial level. Since the flat was mine she was very stubborn on paying full common costs that are associated with the flat since I was the owner and she did not take part in buying the flat.
Up to this moment I've just added her to my CC and whenever she did any groceries she used the card and then every month she just send me half of the money. We are still doing that. Whenever I do grocery shopping I just pay with my card fully and she is not paying for that and I do not care much about it.
Beside that we are living fairly seperate financial lives. I figured that it can work in thr long term because even when the kid shows up just pay with the combined CC and we are good. No need to create the joined bank account or w/e.
The only thing I'm wondering is how to approach high ticket items. Like moving to house or buying new car. Is the joined account the only way?

weird rash on my skin after playing Well i got 2 cats like 1 month ago from the shelter, both now 4 months old, at first i had no problem but now (since like 1 week) after a little play fight with either of them i get a little rash on my skin and it icks really strong for like 30min. Am i allergic? I dont sneeze and my eyes dont burn or smth, its just when then scratch my skin even the slightest bit it icks like crazy. Is there any solution without giving them away?

I wanted to truly flesh out my bedroom studio and ran into a little bit of choice paralysis. I'm interested in composing shoegaze/blackgaze as part of several different projects and knew that I wanted some form of Helix in my workstation. I LOVE the rack version of Helix and the controller, as it would let me have an easy-to-access processor that can handle effects and amp simulation without having to fiddle with the floor unit.
However, I'm still very much open to having actual pedals integrated into my chain, and the HX Stomp looks like it would be perfect for giving me both the amp sim power of the Helix and the versatility of having other effects alongside it.
I'm aware that gaze-y music is pretty much synonymous with having a large amount of pedals, but is the Helix rack worth the cost of an HX Stomp with additional effects pedals?
