What would be the most costs effective ways / least work required to soundproof a shared wall in a tenement flat? Ideally, ways to stop sound from leaking from my flat. I am pretty sure the neighbour has an unfinished flat so I imagine sounds may be getting amplified on their end.
We are not making any loud sounds / being loud unreasonably or intentionally.
In a rented flat so I am afraid any DIY is off the limit unless it is minimal work / can be easily reversed.
On the verge of a tenement war here so please help to bring us back from the brink…

I don’t know what to do about this one girl. To understand it I will tell you my struggle. I transferred to a new school and started meeting people in the summer because I play football. Soon they invited me to a social event and there they were trying to get me with a girl. I only have had 2 relationships at this point and one of them lasted for 6 months and at this point I was not over her.At this point to I was not the best at talking to girls.But since I was the new kid I got more attention than other people . I ended up talking to this one girl and we hit it off. So we started talking for around a month but I had family problems and football so I was always busy so I only saw her at school. We started drifting away but I still had feelings for her . I just want advice how I can start talking to her again because I still have feelings for her.

I have cptsd, anxiety, depression, and bipolar. I have a lawyer. We applied at the beginning of this year. They asked me if I would be willing to go see one of their doctors, but I haven't heard anything else about it since. I see a therapist every week and I'm on vraylar, effexor, and hydroxyzine. I have very sporadic work history, the longest I was at a job consecutively was one year, and that was before a lot of the things that caused my cptsd, since then I have only been able to hold a job down for 3 or 4 months at a time with a year or more in between those jobs. I also have a lengthy history with mental illness, spanning back to when they put me on Prozac when I was 12. What are the chances I'll be approved for disability?

So I've just started watching RHOP and what wild ride it's been! I've made it to season 7, and now I want to ask some questions and share my thoughts.
- When does Ashley get properly checked? What is her problem?
- I LOVED when Nicki Minaj hosted part of the reunion. I wish all the franchises did this. Can you imagine Rihanna hosting SLC or BH?
- I like Wendy! Without any spoilers, please tell me she doesn't suddenly go downhill.
- Can't stand Mia, but from what I've seen so far, she's pretty tough compared to the other women. Aside from Robyn, she is probably the only Housewife I feel could fully hold her own.
- The Monique vs. Candiace episodes were insane! I was iffy about Monique, but to see her behavior that season was disappointing. I will say that Candiace is not completely innocent (especially when she starts trying to act all bad going up against Mia), but I did feel bad for her during that season.
- Sometimes I like Gizelle, sometimes I don't. Same for Karen.
- I really like Robyn!
- The relationship between Michael and Juan is weird and/or suspicious.
