I just purchased Star Trek Bridge crew for the meta-quest three. The game launches fine, however, it promises me to connect before playing. I have a page that says Star Trek Bridge group requires you to be logged into a Ubisoft account to play. The open Ubisoft club button appears to activate when I hit the button on the right controller, which takes me to a ubisoft.com page that redirect me to an oculus.com page it appears that I’ve logged into this page and it wants me to connect my account with Ubisoft. It says that Ubisoft will have access to the following information about your Meta Horizon username and it provides my Meta Horizon username I click connect account, and it comes back to say Ubisoft account successfully linked you can now close the browser and return to the game when I click none it returns to the game, but it’s still prompt me to connect before playing. What am I doing wrong, and how can I get past this? I’ve been attempting to deal with this for the last hour, and the repetitiveness seems futile at this point.

2024.11.26 22:40 Doodledreams87 SuperDepth3D - Wow! For those with PCVR...
I've been through a few VR platforms (PSVR1-2, Quest 3) and, having recently acquired a new gaming laptop with a 4080, I thought it would be worth dipping back into NMS VR. The performance isn't great, especially with mods, and I ended up moving onto other VR games. Fast forward to the release of Stalker 2 and I thought "let's see if it can deal with UEVR".... Cue a stuttering mess. With no conceivable way to play Stalker 2 in any aesthetically pleasing form in VR, I stumbled across SuperDepth3D which is a stereoscopic 2D-3D reshade mod which hooks into the depth buffers. Having been impressed with the results, I tried it on a whim in NMS.....
Unbelievable!!!!! It feels like discovering the game all over again. In ultrawide and playing in third person, it's like controlling a model astronaut in a universe sized diorama - the detail is spectacular and the sense of depth is breathtaking, especially with the recent graphical updates. In my opinion it is far better playing this way than full VR....
Long story short - if you have PCVR and Virtual Desktop, you owe it to yourself to try it out. I can't recommend it enough.

Every time I play this game, I get Japan. I HATE playing as Japan. They have the worst weapons, the worst reload speed, the worst tanks, virtually no anti-tank, terrible LMGs, they aren’t fun to play as at all. They’re the only faction I hate playing. There’s 4 countries, only like what, 2 Japan maps? So statistically I should get Japan less often than literally anyone else. But no, it’s always Japan. I just did 2 random matches in a row and both times it was Japan. wtf.
Clearly nobody likes to play Japan and that’s why they’re always the team with open slots and thus the team you’re always forced to play in auto matches. It’s frustrating.

2024.11.26 22:40 parth017 Weird code management and missing fixes from previous releases.
So i was on a 2024.33.5 for past month or so where they had fixed the rendering of other cars in visualization(smoother visualization with other cars rendering/moving). Today i got updated to 2024.38.7 and this version brought back the buggy visualization were cars keeps skipping in the rendering. I am just trying to wrap my head around thinking how tesla can skip back merging the fix to main branch and forgot to bring it to new releases. This one was obvious to notice, but there can be bunch of other hotfixs that can be missed if they have really messed up code management.

What do you do to help nausea during IVIG?
I’m on day 2 of my first round of IVIG. I have nausea and vomiting today, and I can’t eat or drink anything without it giving me stomach cramps and increased nausea. I have 3 more days scheduled, and I’m also breastfeeding so I need the calories :(
