I think I have large capacity .. I can easily pump 10 oz at night or morning in like 10 minutes and that’s not feeling engorged when I wake up. Day time I usually pump for 10-15 minutes and then stop when I have about 5 ounces. Right now I’m doing before bed around 830pm, 130am, 530am, around 10 or 11am, 3ish pm and sometimes 6pm if husband home to watch him otherwise I’ll just skip it. So I get around 35 ounces minimum and freezer is full. I would rather pump less if I can, which pumps should I drop first and how long should I wait between dropping pumps? Thanks!

Does anyone know of other genetic mutations that could potentially cause this? I’ve read about MTHFR and SELENBP1, but are there any more?

I'm looking to go back to school for my Master's to become a Special Ed Teacher. So, I'm looking for an eink device to be used mostly as a digital notebook with possible use after I become a teacher. I prefer reading in physical books and putting the tablet in between the pages. However, I'm assuming textbooks are expensive, so using the split-screen functionality would be good to have. Should I get the Boox 10.3 Go, the Note Max when that comes out, or some other eink device?

Building a gaming PC for my partner so that he has one too / we can game together -- the PCPP total is just over $1100 but I was hoping to trim it down to closer to 1K with rebates / small build adjustments over the Black Friday week to account for sales. Every once in a while, I want to look at a character in the wiki to remember what their name was, when they were introduced, etc. in order to see if I could theorize what happens, but I've found myself often accidentally spoiling it with the summary at the beginning with "dead," "dead, "dead."
How hard do you think it would be to make a wiki that had book-level spoiler-free articles, so we could see what is known by X?

Not sure about anyone else who’s had smoking issues in the past but I think I’ve found my way out for good and wanted to share
It sounds way too simple but every time my brain tries to rationalize (I’ve been off it for a while, I’ve had a long day, I deserve a break, etc.) there’s a small voice in my head that says “come on dude, don’t be a dumbass, you know what’s happening” amongst the malicious justifying voices.
It feels like I’ve finally just learned to let that voice of reason take control. whether I’m in the car and I’m about to take a detour to the store, or I’m about to google a website for herb delivery, that voice (no matter how quiet it may be sometimes) that says I’m being weak and stupid is still there.
Humans are known to do more to avoid pain than to seek pleasure, so Ive been bringing myself to that state of shame right after I pick up again and feel that useless pattern beginning for the 100th time.
Anyone have a different process or method when they can feel those weak rationalizing voices start to pipe up again after a long day/week?

Curious if anybody has experience with this or knows what will happen. I'm planning to quit my firm and move countries, however I owe the firm money (let's say somewhere between $5,000-$12,000) mostly for CPA fees/other.
If I plan on not repaying this amount what will happen to me? I don't intend to be contactable by them or ever return to Canada. Can I lose my CPA license in Canada?
