Hey there, quick question. Somehow, the first name on my ticket is the typical shortened version of my actual first name (it's the first name minus three letters at the end). I think autofill is probably responsible. I'm traveling via United Airlines to Europe, and then Lufthansa when I'm in Europe. The return trip is Lufthansa to the States, then United Airlines in the states.
I called United and asked if they could correct my ticket. They said they could not, and such a change may result in the automatic cancellation of my flights with Lufthansa. The person I spoke with said that he would add a "note" to my ticket, or something like that, that would say that the full version of my first name is the "correct" spelling. I did not call Lufthansa because I didn't want to inject any more confusion into the situation.
The person I spoke with said I should be all set, but I still feel like I could be running into issues once I'm in Europe. Does this seem like typical practice in this situation?

I'm 32 about 5 years ago I become very ill cut out all the fluff I was diagnosed with stomach cancer since then I've been unable to function mentally and msotyl physically I've lost everything I ever loved , every idea of life or a future my life has now become 4 walls and a bed .
I only hope for death anymore I hate life I hate how unfair it is how I never had a chance to live and now I never will, I'll never have a family of my own,no friends and obviously never a relationship. I have no friends just my mum and sometimes phone calls with my dad I'm alone 24/7 essentially I have no money because getting a job is obviously impossible I'm severely depressed and suicidal, I feel like I've watched everything ever made on YouTube I can't partake in my hobbies I used to love art but can't do it anymore, I spent money saved on a ps5 I can't even use. I wake up around 7/8am sit in bed till 2/3am and restart, I can't even eat my favourite food or food I enjoy becasue I recently had surgery so I'm stuck eating fucking soup every god damn day. I can't remember last time I had a good thing happen. I miss walking and hiking being outside
I wish I had a life a future, i wish i coild contribute and not just be a emotional and finacal drain on my mom, i have nobody to talk to not even a 2 friend. I truly have nothing but to rot in bed till it's finally time I can leave and I hope it's soon I'm praying for actual Nuclear war everyday.

Yo, I’m about to ask a dumbass question but hopefully someone can help. I’ve been getting cornrows for years and I enjoy them but I always used to think why did everybody else’s look so fresh. I can’t believe it only just dawned on me that everybody has a taper and I don’t.
So now I’m just confused as to how I go about it. I would only want the front and a little bit of the sides, but do I go to the barber first and then go to my braider. They are two completely different spots so I want to plan ahead for next.

Anyone else experiencing this issue with NBA 2K25?
I purchased the 2K bundle yesterday and started playing NBA 2K25. However, every time I try to do a quick game (NBA or WNBA) and MyCareer, the game crashes and closes after the loading screen. Strangely, Blacktop 3v3 works perfectly fine.
My system and software are fully updated. I’ve tried tweaking the video settings and even resetting them to default, but nothing worked. Should I just wait for another update and hope it fixes the issue? Or should I consider refunding it?
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any fixes or workarounds?

So, I was thinking, it would be sick if the server status was actually shown on the launcher top bar. If the server status could show "Pending restart" or something, and then "running" when it comes back up again, "extended maintenance" during those windows, etc. etc. then everyone would know what's happening at all times.

hi, I have a TP9 SFX, I'm a beginner about guns, not a good shooter but I like them technically. I'm reading about the double strike capability.
I know in my gun the striker is cocked if you just move the slide some centimeters, and the trigger may do the full travel even without cocking the strike, there's just "nothing happening".
I know that many pistols are different but I don't know many other details... Anything I can read to learn? thank you!
