9900x vs 9800x3D

Thinking about just going with a 9900x for my new build instead of attempting to secure a 9800x3D anytime soon. I would go with a 7800x3D, but the price has not dropped at all it seems. Also the 9900x is like $380 right now, which I feel like is a pretty good deal.
Anyone have any thoughts to share or think there is a better value CPU to buy?

I have a villain I am introducing my players to, and they have an Alternate Form, but leave their normal body behind and unconscious. They also do not have access to their powers, but do take damage when their alternate form does. I am not sure how to do that. Any suggestions?

Hey all. Im a 29F who recently had a first date with a 29M where we went to a flea market and record shop that was in the building next to it. While I was pretty nervous and having some stomach issues from being sick (which may have affected my normal demeanor), there wasn’t anything bad about the date. I don’t feel we got to know each other all that well since it’s kind of hard to talk while browsing through things and trying on clothes. I was thinking a second date in a different setting would be nice to actually get to know each other a bit better. He ended up sending me a message saying that he didn’t feel a strong connection. I sent back saying alright & good luck. I was thinking of asking for a second chance/redo date, maybe in a different setting and when I’m feeling a bit better. I was really hoping for a second date as it does seem we have some similar interests. Is this just a bad idea or how should I go about this?

There should be at least two actually, so we can have a range of climates to live in, and someone else to talk to for all those fun international diplomacy gettogethers. I'm not even joking, think about how fun it would be. Would it be perfect? No, but it would be imperfect in a sort of low stakes way. Anyone could visit, but you KNOW we are profiling like crazy at the boarder and we'd actually be good at it. Lesbian jokes (as in lesbians exist LOLOLOL) or any inuendo jokes would be an instant repatriation.
