First off, I've been lurking for a long time and learned a lot (good and bad) and really appreciate all the knowledge here. After admiring from afar for years, finally decided I could use a second car and found a 2019 Rex that hits all the marks and also happens to be an S model. But I am still confused about the summer tire situation.
I live in Portland, OR where the winters are usually above freezing and rainy. I don't ski or go to the mountains and if it snows in town, it's usually also miserable freezing rain, so not going out anyway. There may be a few weeks where it's below freezing, but dry. Would I need to swap out to 19" wheels with all-season or winter tires because of the temperatures, even if I'm not driving on ice or snow? Any PNW owners who can weigh in here? My research so far says absolutely yes, I should and also no, it's fine. Second question, if I should swap out, isn't that mostly negating the benefits of the S? I'm not sure how much the tire size specifically impacts the improved highway handling, etc.
I have test driven both models in the past, and the S felt more solid as everyone says, but in the end I didn't have strong feeling for the S over the base. Given that experience, trying to decide if the S will be more work than it's worth, tire-wise. Thanks for the advice.

I(15M) have a really bad relationship with my adoptive parents and they have told me that I can leave if I want too and that they’ll buy me a ticket from Detroit to San Diego to live with my birth father, is it legal for me to move in with him with my parents permission? And if not is there legal documents my parents need to sign off on in front of a judge so I can move?

A lot of times whenever people reveal to people that they are not on good terms or not speaking to their family, it's always seen as some simple reason, such as different personality beliefs or different opinions that made us go no contact and cut ties. I say for myself, I spent years trying to make some sort of relationship over and over again with my family members only to be disappointed again. In the end, people don't just go no contact with their family for no reason; most of the time it has to do with years and many heartbreak and disappointment until the individual realises there is no point trying to continue a relationship with their family and make the decision to cut them off.

I've attached some pictures in order of the progression of the inflamed area. I removed these gel nails on nov. 7th and still have this mark on my nail. This was my first time using miracle gel by sally hansen but the majority of my other products are sally hansen so I wasn't worried about it at first. My cuticle would itch which I didn't notice until it got really itchy, where I was scratching it all day. Then the last three pictures were over the last few days where these little bumps popped up and the inflammation and redness got worse. I've tried putting a bandaid over it but it just makes the itching worse. I took the polish off a while ago and it was on a glue on acrylic nail so it wasn't even touching my skin but it's one of my only new products I got. I've heard HEMA allergies are really common, if anyone has had one or knows what it looks like, is this the signs of one? Should I go to my doctor for further evaluation of the inflammation? Is there an at home remedy? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’ve been an Ableton user for a long time now and I wanna get FL. I notice it’s like 30 perfect off at Sweetwater however I don’t really really wanna pay the 300 dollars up front. It mentions that it has financing for up to 36 months and comes out to 8 dollars a month. I already own the synchrony card but have never financed anything with it, and it’s set to autopay. Hello everyone, It's a long article I know but really I need help if you know I'm from Jordan Graduated in Medicine this year and now I am doing my internship year and I would to have a clinical observership rotation in United States, everything was going well and I booked rotation in January, so I do everything regarding Visa b1/b2 and meet the council before 2 weeks I was having every documents and papers ( invitation letter, account statement , graduation and internship proofs ) But in my invitation letter the doctor who I would to attend the rotation with write that I am medical student ( wich actually I'm not) and in DS160 I filled my job as intern doctor during internship year So the meeting in details was : First question are you medical student? I said No and explain that I'm intern doctor doing my internship year
Second question I was asked why am I going? I answered that for clinical observership rotation for one month and I said the city that I am going to
3rd question is about to give invitation letter and receipt and I gave them
After this I was asked why didn't you go during elective period when you were medical student? I got confused to be honest and said I was having circumstances what circumstances I said that I was preparing for Step one exam
Then I am asked about the purpose of this rotation? Also I was confused and said that I need a recommendation letter for Match in next year Here the council was asking about what is match and honestly I don't think that I explain that very well
Then council refused my Visa and I will try again I contacted the doctor who I have a clinical observership rotation with him and I asked him to change his invitation to " medical graduate not medical student" and I refill the DS160 as same the last time
But now what I need to understand is why am I refused the last time exactly
And what to do the next time if I asked the same questions
And in the next time would I will be asked about why am I refused in the past time?
