I just finished the episode where Christopher is killed by Tony (basically), and Tony’s complete lack of care for his death is honestly sickening. Maybe I missed something, but I can’t wrap my head around his overwhelming disgust for Christopher.
Obviously, Tony is a terrible person, and Christopher isn’t much better, but watching Tony so unfazed after essentially killing someone who was like a son to him feels like the pinnacle of his disregard for human life. Even if he hated Christopher, I expected him to feel at least some remorse afterward especially because he was like a father to him—but there was nothing.
What confuses me even more is why Tony seemed so deeply affected by Pussy’s death but not Christopher’s. Was it because he saw Christopher as competition, while he didn’t view Pussy in the same way?
Another thing that really disgusted me was how Tony kept bringing up the “relief” he felt after Christopher’s death. It was so cold and heartless, almost like he was trying to justify it to himself or others. The way he talked about it made the whole situation even more disturbing.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!!

 | I've been making tempeh for a bit over 6 months now and it's truly been a rollercoaster of ups and downs and trying to troubleshoot why something works one time and not the other, and why it works with one substrate and not the other, etc. Soy has been the easiest to master and mine has become better and better, but I really like the look and taste of black bean tempeh but it's been so hard to nail. I've been sucessful with it in the sense that it's become edible tempeh, but it's been crumbly and not a firm cake like the ones you buy in stores. Now I've finally nailed it and I'm soooooo happy! I mean just take a look at this firm beauty! Nothing beats the look of raw black bean tempeh!
