In the deforested hot center of pantala and some dry regions (not the desert) of phyyria a tribe of sandwing-like dragons reside, now onto the loreee, this subtribe is known as heatwings and are a raritey compaired to their common sandwing brotherin, they are smaller than sandwings and their scales are some-what thinner than normal and they dont have stingers but they make up for in a strong tail and sharp claws, they have stamina as that of a skywing since, DAMN THE 7 PILLIARS THE SAND IS HOT, no wonder why research lead Anko really hated this one, anyway they like to burrow and sleep in caves if they can

F24, been going through it all my life so I’m well aware that I have had depression starting from a young age mentally I’ve exhausted myself. I’m stuck working in retail on and off the past five years of my life. I have not moved up in any department and I’m not sure I even want to. I went to college and got my degree in Liberal Arts a focus on digital media and/or psychology.
I used to want to be a creative, making content and getting big. Putting my name/face out there now terrifies me though. Even though I dream of doing it all the time, or scared I may fail. I don’t want to be judged.
I always think about going back to school but I want a job where I can have a good work life balance but also allows me to travel or move away out of this country in the future… as I have a long distance partner I’m willing to move for.
I have so many career paths on my mind such as going back to school for psychology, accounting or becoming a tech of some kind in sleep medicine or radiology. Sometimes I even consider becoming an auto mechanic like my father. I want a job though where my head doesn’t feel like it’s spinning constantly (be somewhat at peace) and I can live on my own if need be.
Like the rest of you I feel stuck. I’m going to therapy now provided by my employer, heh.

Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well. Three days ago, I started as an intern at a company that wants to automate one of their systems. This is my first job in the field, and I feel a bit lost.
The issue is that they’re already asking me to create a list of materials needed for the project, but I haven’t even started the PLC program yet. I’m wondering: what’s the correct workflow in these cases?
Should I start by developing the program and then decide on the equipment, or should I list and purchase all the necessary materials first? Honestly, I feel like it’s a big risk to let an intern decide on buying equipment.
I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. I’m eager to learn and want to do my best. Thanks in advance!

have many hobbies: writing, keeping a complex journal, drawing, painting, animating, filming and editing, playing video games—I have so much to do. Yet, I’m always bored. Everyone’s go-to advice is, “Get off social media, go outside, be creative.” I can do all that and more, but I’m still so bored.
College hasn’t started yet, and when I’m not on vacation, I’m not as bored as usual. Still, I go out with friends a lot, and I have a boyfriend. But honestly, I have no words to fully express how bored and empty I feel. I’m on my meds, I don’t get high, and I go to therapy weekly.
I’ve thought about getting a job, but honestly, I’m pretty sure I’d feel just as bored—only now I wouldn’t just be bored, but also annoyed. I’ve been there before. Usually, I get so bored that I end up doing stupid, destructive things just to give myself something to fix and force myself to do something.
People often tell me to reflect on what fulfills me—what activities make me lose track of time. And there are many. Drawing and writing are the main ones. But honestly, it’s rare for me to be able to do either for more than a few hours. And there’s still so much time in the day.
It makes me feel suicidal, but in a different way than before. Not with the same desperation and sadness I used to feel, but with a detached consideration—like there’s simply nothing else to do. I’m not in pain, and I’m not sad. I just don’t feel human.
To those who’ll recommend therapy, I already go. I’ve been to many therapists, and I have a psychiatrist. It just seems like suicide is the only satisfying option.
The other option is to wait this out, but I don’t want to. It feels lazy and weak to think like that, but I’m so bored and empty that I don’t care anymore. I’m just tired.
My life has always been chaotic and painful, filled with abuse, mental illness, and sickness. But I’ve learned to be okay, even though the emptiness is always there, waiting. I have no regrets and am genuinely happy with all I’ve accomplished. My life has been exciting, and if I were to die right now, I think that would be okay. I feel like I’ve lived a meaningful life.

Hi everyone, this is gonna be my first camera purchase. I plan to use the camera for casual photography like portraits of family when we travel. Basically I want the camera as a replacement for photos that I click through my phone. I plan to buy a relatively compact 35mm lens and a good 85mm lens.
After doing some research I found out that for 35mm compact lens, my only option is f/1.8 as all f/1.4 lenses seem to be bulky for easy travel use cases. And both Canon and Sony have an affordable option around $600.
For 85mm, I want to go for f/1.4 to get the creamy bokeh look, and sony has a signa lens for $1100, but the canon has f/1.2 lens at $2900 which is fuck expensive and way out of my budget so that leaves me with just the f/2.0 lens for $600. How much would I be loosing on f/2.0 compared to the sigma f/1.4 for sony, or against the sony f/1.8 to keep the comparison fair?
Any other lens suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
