 | This should be a really simple operation but for some reason I can't get it to work and ChatGPT is of no help. I have an image that I'm trying to mask with a circle. The circle has transparency and appears to be ok. The image has an alpha channel but is not used so the entire rectangle is opaque. Currently in Gimp I have the circle in the top layer, and the original image, plus a layer mask, in the lower layer. From the instructions I'm following, I should be able to copy the circle image into the layer mask. When I do this, it first creates a 'floating selection'. The circle appears in the image window as a dashed flickering outline. In order to use this selection, I'm then applying 'Anchor Layer'. However, this appears to just delete the floating selection. I’ve seen quite a lot of people not giving Barbra Banda enough credit for her work in becoming BBC Women’s Footballer of the year. A lot of that is motivated by people’s distrust of women who don’t fit into traditional stereotypes, and I think a lot of it might be motivated by racist attitudes towards African women. I live in the United States and watch the NWSL and WSL almost exclusively. I’ve never had a particular NWSL team that I’m into, as I don’t live near any teams. I was also an avid Liverpool WFC fan until a few months ago when I started to fall out of love with the team. All of that is to say, that much of my football knowledge comes from Euro/English-Centric conversations. Does anyone know how we can start getting more into the CAF confederation here in the United States, and give people like Barbra Banda the credit that they deserve without having to make them fit into that Eurocentric mold? I would love to start watching Women’s Football in Africa, but can not find a way to. At least not for any country from the confederation.

So I'm new to watching the show. Into second season now, and I had a thought. What ever was on the ghost when they died they have on them as a ghost. If you were to add an item to them would they "update" and get that item on them. Example is if you put pants on Trevors corpse, would he get pants 🤷♂️ or is it their ghost is completely set in the way they died.

My daughter (12) loves drawings, and has dreams of being a digital artist. She has requested a 'drawing tablet' for Christmas. I would like to get her something basic as we don't have a massive budget, but that can handle the task, as well as something she can use for other activities (streaming movies, reading, etc..). We're UK based, and this is not something I really know anything about, so I would really appreciate any suggestions.

2024.11.27 11:53 FC333 BitTitan Migration Timeouts
Running into big issues with a BitTitan mailbox migration (365 to 365) where we see the error below.
"This migration has failed because the source or destination endpoint failed to respond." Anyone who has used BitTitan knows their support take days to respond. We have only managed to get one mailbox actually transacting data, through endlessly retrying migration attempts.
We have already eased EWS throttling on both source and destination and enabled extended timeout via advanced options. Checked mailbox folder numbers and they fall within BitTitans spec (less than 1000, max we see is 250).
Any other MSPs using BitTitan have any ideas to actually get these mailboxes moving?
