 | Dr Resul Yaman 4120 grafts Had a HT procedure with Dr Resul Yaman (Istanbul) yesterday 11/26/24 and the experience was very positive. I'm a norwood 6 from USA (46 years old) and just started taking min/fin oral medications from the past 2 months. Airport pick up and accommodation were both great and the gorrion hotel is nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff and awesome breakfast buffet. Day 1: Landing Day 2: Sight seeing istanbul Day 3: Surgery Day 4: Bandage removal/clean up Day 5: Clean up and return flight Surgery day: Clinic was clean and the staff were polite. Dr Yaman and Doga both speak English well. Dr. Yaman measured my head and said I'll need 6700 grafts total over 2 days. I opted for just one day surgery for the frontal and mid scalp. Luckily anesthesia wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I would say it was around 2-3 pain on a scale of 10. Dr. Yaman administered the anesthesia in the recipient area himself and did the incisions. Afterwards his assistants did it to the donor area and extracted the grafts. And they gave a lunch break and then processed with graft implantation. The assistants were super friendly and could speak some English words. The technicians were in 30s and looked experienced. They gave a muscle relaxing tablet (Xanax I think) and it helped. I slept through most of the implantation step. The doctor was supervising regularly, he came 7-8 times total to check on things. After the surgery was done, they gave medication kit and I got dropped off at the hotel. Day after surgery: Came in for a cleaning, bandage removal. Both went smooth and the doctor inspected the scalp and had some encouraging words. All in all great experience with Dr. Yaman if anyone is considering it. So i have been friends with this girl from 7th grade (i am in 2nd year now) and we are also family friends from alot of time and i dont meet her frequently because we are in diffrent colleges in diffrent cities.she is a very close friend and shares all of her secrets with me and i really like her and cannot imagine being with someone else but i always thought she only considers me a close friend so i had no expectations.
My family and her family go on trips together whenever we are free and there i met her after 1-1.5 year which the longest i have spent without seeing her and there she asked me if i have a college crush.i obvioulsly froze because i liked her and just said no and that was it. She also kept asking me if i have friends and if i go out with them in college which i found weird throughout the trip.
So what are the chances that she likes me? I cannot just tell her that i like her because since my families are friends i cannot make it awkward since i will not be able to cut contact with her and we will have to meet in future during family outings etc.

Hi there ✌🏼
As the outdoor season is coming to an end here and the roads have been salted for the first time, I would like to get myself an indoor bike trainer. I'm currently wavering between the Tacx Flux S and the Kickr Core, my budget is around €600. To be honest, I don't quite see the advantage over the next most expensive Tacx Flux 2.
In addition to experience with the two products (you can find very mixed reviews online - either 5 or 1 star), I would be interested to know whether it is worth buying another cassette and what else you should buy in addition to a mat. I ride an endurace with SRAM 12-speed gears.
Any help and advice is highly appreciated ✌🏼

I understand if they're spamming EQ issues only where the QM specifically stated to post EQ concerns under a certain forum or thread. However, all I see is spamming EQ messages on every messaging and discourse-created post. I'm just ignoring this issue, however, there are many things I've noticed, these people sometimes have the same structure of message(Graduated in a top uni, EQ for month, eager to work, etc). And they all message every 1-2 hours consistently or every 4 hours. They also have these emails with the same format [name][number][gmail], mostly Gmail, also the email address is always based on their discourse username. I thought some of these were bots at first but when I tried to message them, they seemed like a genuine human but also replied in broken English but that's no problem.
I'm wondering, are these people under an agency or a company located somewhere else that's why they're messaging in a similar way? And I'm wondering why they keep posting even if someone said to them directly that it would not help or if someone already assisted them. They seem a lot.

Hey, I've been struggling for quite some time now to find the name of a game I'd play for HOURS on my grandma's PC when I was young, I would say in the early 2000's. What I can remember is that it's a 2D game, with many little guys (dozens, hundreds?) going in one direction, and the goal (I think?) was to get them all to go through the level without falling. I've checked many other reddit threads but couldn't find the answer, hope you can help! Thx 🤞

I just got him and I only have 86 pulls left so only for one. I have koleda's W-Engine on him currently, (I also know miyabi is coming right after so idk if I should save for her instead), I'm assuming he can't be a full dps at M0 correct me if I'm wrong and what teams does he fit as a dps? Also does anyone know how he looks like with his engine on? That's all sorry for the rant!
