Ok so, I just got the sofirn SC31 pro and tried to mess with the settings using a guide with Andruil 1 because I didn't know it now has Andruil 2. Now I inadvertently messed with some settings I had wished to avoid...I'm very new to flashlights and don't know much about them so can someone explain how to do the following to a complete noob in the flashlight world? Thanks
1.completey factory reset it because I don't know what kind of settings I changed.
2.the Green light on the button to be turned off when the torch is off.
- The highest brightness I can set it to safely for everyday use.
- How to have the aforementioned brightness the default when I press the button once.
- How to access turbo mode without messing with the "safe" brightness.
- How to enter strobe/SOS modes.

What would your ideal career be? Would you want to play in all top 5 leagues, or even just play for a single team your entire career?
Mines would be something like Liverpool until the age of 22, then a move to Barcelona until aged 32 and then AC Milan until retirement.

Is it frowned upon to do a side job i have run a small business from when i was training (makeup) I’ve recently got my first post and was wondering if it was wrong to continue doing my own thing and could i get in trouble for it? Obviously my nursing comes first, if someone wanted to book me for a day i was working i would definitely tell them no, and my place of work is closed at weekends too when people mainly want to book me for?
Happy to hear opinions on this, if you found out your co worker was doing this what would you say or do?

I have some in-vitro plants, but I'm expecting a few more plants in a week. I've already had the plants I have for about half a week. What should I do? Should I plant the ones I have now and then add the others later? Also, how long can the planted plants go without water, as I need to glue some of the plants? Or do people say I can keep the in-vitro plants in their pots for that long?
Any advice would be appreciated! I want to make sure I care for these plants properly.

I am a newbie that is planning to build a NAS and use it with RAID 5 or similar, and I am aware RAID is not a backup. My plan is building a custom NAS, and saving valuable documents and photos and files etc. Right now I don't have any archive per se. I have a Plex library but I will store it separately and not make it part of RAID.
I checked the prices and see that WD Red Plus drives got a bit of discount, but I can't decide what size NAS drive should I buy. I will use 4 drives and going with Raid 5, the total size of the array can be 3 times of the disks in it (correct me if I am wrong) and ideally all disks should be same type and size. I think Unraid and Synology allows mix and match thou.
As I don't have any archive, what would be the correct way of deciding disk size? Is it purely money? Or is bigger the better approach works here? As I am in EU, TB / Euro prices are not good as in US.
I am stuck between getting either 8 TB or 12 TB WD Red Plus disks, I believe 4 TB disks would be too small and not future proof. I am interested in 12 TB because they are helium disks and works quieter compared to 8 TB disks (according to my googling experience). But would it be an overkill to start NAS with zero archive and 36 TB size of storage?
Speaking for WD Red Plus disks: 8 TB = 26 Euro / TB, 12 TB = 23 Euro / TB. I know they are not great prices and Segate Exos drives are also on discount but I read that they are louder compared to WD Red Plus.
Also I read that 8 TB disks has air in it and 12 TB disks has helium, which makes them quieter and lower operating temps.
