Hi, I received the 189 visa invitation on November 7th, so I’m currently preparing the documents on my own. However, I have a question regarding the work experience for the 189 visa. When submitting payslips for the purpose of verifying my work experience, do I only need to submit the payslips for my nominated occupation, or do I need to provide payslips from all the jobs I’ve had over the last 10 years?

Listen Snarkers my husband and I are real Farmers!! It’s a lot of work!! It’s blood sweat and tears 365 days of the year!! She posted a video this morning of her poor chickens!! Many problems with that video!! 1. She showed the youngest one going out to the Coop and opening a small door to let said Chickens out!! The food and water was on the ground. So basically they lock the chickens in a small compartment overnight with NO access to food or water!! What the hell?? Livestock of any kind need 24 hour access to food and water ESPECIALLY chickens!! 2. The COOP is way to small for the number of Chickens they have!! Chickens need room and they do not have that!! There appears to be a tray of food and Matty bought out a thing of water there was no Chicken Scratch to be found. 3. No 24 hour access to food and water, no room for the chickens to move and NO Chicken Scratch which is an absolute must to form shells on eggs is a recipe for disaster!! The odds of them getting any eggs is basically zero!!!! Being a Farmer is a lot of work and being a former “Wanna Be Influencer” does not make one a Farmer!!! JUSTICE FOR THE CHICKENS!!!!

Esta es una realidad que vivo desde hace 2 años. La administración me ha desplazado de toda información referente al P.H, no me dan la cuenta bancaria para pagar las cuotas mensuales y además, no me dejan utilizar mi estacionamiento el cual es de uso exclusivo y privativo, un bien anejo a mi propiedad.

I recently had an intermittant AC issue on my E36 1993 with a manual AC control - AC turns on, works for some time and would suddenly go off. This lasted for some weeks and at last it stopped working permanently. I replaced 4 electrolytic condensors on the IHKR module - well the PCB was a double-layered one which made soldering difficult - and plugged it back in and right away it started to work. It's been weeks now and the AC has become more powerful as well. The tantalum capacitor was not replaced as I couldnt find it locally in exact capacitance and voltage/ temperature ratings. Would be useful for you if you have this issue. I made a video on this but not posting here because I dont have enough Karma on Reddit. I'm from Sri Lanka by the way.
