I joined a company as a freshee. Left after working for 4 days after informing HR. They sent a mail to come and get no dues and take my compensation, I didnt do that, niether did I draw any salary. A month later they sent me a mail saying I owe them 50,000 rupees (majority of it is labelled as Notice Pay) to be paid within 5 days. What do i do? Do I need to be scared?

vor ein paar Tagen hatte ich auf Reddit einen Post dazu gesehen, den ich aber leider nicht mehr finde.
Ich habe das Gefühl, dass mein Hebel sich mit der Zeit verändert. Ich habe noch nicht so viel Erfahrung mit Hebeln und habe auch nur einen einzigen (WKN: HS8NTV), bin mir aber fast sicher, den damals bei 5,07x gekauft zu haben. Jetzt liegt er bei 4,64x. Gleichzeitig bin ich der Meinung, dass ich mit dem aber momentan auf einem höheren Gewinn bin wie, als die Aktie vor ein paar Tagen bereits ähnlich teuer war (dazwischen war ein kleiner drop). Wenn der Hebel schrumpft, müsste doch meine Rendite jetzt niedriger sein?
Keine Ahnung, ob man die Frage versteht… Vielleicht hat sich der Hebel auch gar nicht verändert und ich habe ihn falsch in Erinnerung? 😅 Hoffe das ist keine dumme Frage

 | Recently I decided that I wanted to do a new playthrough by using full safi'jiiva armor (5/5) and safi'jiiva dual blades (all 5 elements) and let me tell you, it's been fun. I'm not a veteran hunter whatsoever (around 400/500 hours) and I still lack game knowledge, but I find the concept of the armor and the weapons so fun and exciting that I started this new journey! I'm currently still clearing all the LHR quests, and cleared some MR as well, and playing around the armor is a challenge. I tend to unsheat my weapons way too much, cancelling the armor before getting the heal back and end up carting to dumb stuff way too often. We are on holiday for a week and have really enjoyed our time in Malta but one thing is nagging us both. The locals seem to be really off with us everywhere we go.
It’s mainly the older locals, do they not like tourists?
Has anyone else had this experience? We are English and have been respectful as we can be.
This is the only thing that’s put me off going back.

I used to be as annoyed as the rest of you of all the time spent on the Brody family in S3 but on this (5th??) rewatch I realized how similar Carrie and Dana’s story arcs are.
- In this season everyone is calling them crazy and diminishing their valid arguments. Even to the point of hospitalization, no doubt Dana needs help but honestly, the incompetence of the therapist and doctor 🤦 I ’ve been there myself, and please don’t judge, but telling an unpopular truth there is very often seen as a proof of being crazy, “look, there she goes again”.

So i missed a call and today another which i answeres and it went dead.. i called them back to be told they tried to do a paper based but instead passed it for a full phone assesment next week.. i've been waiting 14 months for this review and i am on enhanced both which i could now lose just before xmas because i missed a call.. all it takes is a bad assesor and im screwed. My mental health is destroyed and its just my luck for this to happen. Why not send a text telling me they will call and what for if they wanted to avoid an assesment? And why if the call goes dead not call back, they just want to cause as much stress and harm as possible.

I recently retired. For those many years past while working I didn’t have time to use a public restroom like restaurants, parks, gym. It was home or at work with same men in the same restroom. Something alarming I now see is young men, 20’s, 30’s having difficulty peeing at the urinal. This was or still is an old man problem but 30, 40 years ago at their age it wasn’t a problem. Young men - stop eating the industrial seed oils, corn syrup including fructose as an additive, fruit juices and processed flour!
