Hello. My family is looking for a christmas present for me in black friday sale. They initially suggested loops but as I don’t like anything in my ear I decided against that idea. I suggested the next best thing is earphones with adaptive noise cancelling. Meaning I can adjust the ambient noise as I want to hear it to help with my sensory issues. The apple earbuds are out of price range. I don’t like any that go right in my ear as it’s uncomfortable. I don’t want headphones as I want to be semi discreet with it at times. The best I can find is the JBL tune flex although not sure if I will be able to make adjustments or if it’s just a binary on off ambient aware. Does anyone have any experience with some decently priced ear phones with ambient aware that do not fully go in ear. I don’t mind a small ear tip for the purpose of seal but those full ear tips are uncomfortable for me.

In the past month, I launched a tool that solved a specific problem—and to my surprise, it attracted 10 paying customers in just 30 days, mostly mid-sized companies. I never thought addressing such a simple issue would lead to this kind of response.
Last weekend, I visited a friend and happened to meet his father, a jewelry manufacturer. We got to talking, and he mentioned a recurring problem he was facing in his business. As someone who loves solving problems (because my last one worked so well), I was all ears.
Here’s the problem: His customers include both retailers (B2B) and direct buyers (B2C). Often, they’d reach out on WhatsApp with queries like:
"Can you send some pendant options in the range of 20,000?"
The challenge? If he didn’t have access to his system at that moment, he’d have to forward the query to someone in his office. That person would then manually search through an Excel file for product information and send the relevant details back, which he would then forward to the customer.
My first thought? "Why not just create a storefront using Shopify?"
But his response surprised me. He told me they already had a website. The problem was that when he dumped his entire product portfolio onto the site, customers would lose interest. They’d glance at the site for a few seconds, feel overwhelmed, and drop off.
He explained that with big-ticket items like jewelry, customers prefer a more personalized experience. They don’t just want to browse; they want to feel like they’re getting individual attention.
This got me thinking. As Steve Jobs said, “Start with the customer and work backward with technology.”
For the first time, I saw a clear use case for AI that felt relevant and impactful. I’d avoided jumping into AI until now because I hadn’t come across a problem worth solving—but this was it.
I spun up a quick solution using GPT to solve his specific problem. The result? A virtual sales assistant that eliminates manual intervention and delivers product information instantly.
This enabled me to: 1. Upload a CSV of all the products 2. Add additional prompts specific to his business (like contact information for closing sales, store address, etc). 3. That's it! Customers interact with a chat-like interface directly via a unique link that can be shared over WhatsApp or any social media.
This is now in use, not only does this save him time, but it also helps screen less serious customers using interaction patterns visible on a dashboard. I’m learning so much with each new customer interaction and adding features continuously.
In exchange for a testimonial and minimal cost (since OpenAI incurs costs for me) I’ll manually set this up for you. All I need is an Excel file with your product details (preferably with image URLs) While I can’t offer this service for free , I’ll ensure the charges are minimal for early adopters. My ultimate goal is to develop a fully DIY platform that any business can use with ease. I’m a big believer in this stock long term but it might make sense to reduce for now until the market starts to realize the value here. It’s utterly crazy that with numbers they have, the growth outlook they have, and market domination in their segment, that this stock continues to go sideways and have huge down swings past previous support levels.

já relatei aqui esse caso anteriormente, o cara me contratou,
assinamos o contrato na quarta-feira, 4k PJ segunda a sabado, horário comercial 8h-18h
combinamos que no primeiro mês eu iria apenas estudar a ferramenta que usam que é o flutterflow, e ia receber metade do salario, ou seja 2k
mas no dia seguinte ele já mudou o combinado, apesar de ser pj, ele começou a me cobrar que eu tinha que começar a trabalhar as 8h em ponto, porque eu respondi ele as 8:30 e disse que precisava me passar trabalho já na segunda-feira, porque tinha apps pra desenvolver atrasados por falta de desenvolvedor, começou a me mandar mensagem de meia em meia hora querendo saber o que eu tinha estudado e me cobrando pra aprender mais rápido.
no sabado ele mudou de novo, falando que precisava de alguém que trabalhasse no período noturno e que ia mudar meu horário
na segunda-feira ele mudou de novo dizendo que precisava que eu trabalhasse não de noite, mas de madrugada, não aceitei, falei que pra mim não dava,
ele então falou que era pra eu parar de estudar que ele ia ver o que ia fazer, eu vi que ele ia me dispensar porque não faz sentido eu parar de estudar o flutterflow porque a empresa dele trabalha exclusivamente desenvolvendo apps usando essa ferramenta, eu questionei ele sobre isso e ele falou que não ia me dispensar, então perguntei se ele ia me pagar mesmo eu não fazendo nada, ele disse que não, então ele falou que ia fazer a rescisão do meu contrato. eu falei que mesmo assim ele ia precisar me pagar porque o contrato diz que precisa avisar com 30 dias de antecedência então a rescisão só valeria depois do dia do pagamento.
depois disso ele não mandou mais mensagem, nem eu, fiquei esperando pra ver o que ele ia resolver.
agora vi que ele me bloqueou de todas as redes sociais, LinkedIn, etc...
e mudou o numero do WhatsApp
agora eu não sei o que fazer, tudo bem que eu de fato não trabalhei, mas assinamos o contrato e eu disponibilizei meu tempo pra isso, deixei de fazer 1 teste técnico de outra vaga porque achava que já tinha um emprego, e tenho certeza que ele agiu de má fé comigo, fingiu que era pra eu passar o primeiro mês estudando só pra pagar metade do salario, mas já planejava passar trabalho menos de 1 semana depois. também tenho certeza que ele me contratou em horário comercial porque não ia conseguir ninguém que aceitasse trabalhar de madrugada, mas ele colocou esse horário na vaga apenas pra conseguir alguém e já pensando em mudar depois de assinar o contrato.
O que acham que eu deveria fazer? deixo quieto, processo, exponho ele nas redes sociais?
o cara mora em Miami e a empresa dele tem sede em natal, eu sou do interior de SP.
o contrato tem essa clausula:
