Please help. I had leased a vehicle and just made my last payment on my lease. I took a payment deferral back in covid time and this has remained a balance with interest that I owed.
My car was totaled in a hit and run. Police impounded all vehicles. It took months for insurance to say this was a total loss because police refused entry. My leasing company could not accept total loss until insurance did. Eventually they did and backdated. Month with no car rental. Months of making lease payments with late fees. Seven months after total loss my lease company did a charge off. What’s a charge off and how owe this affect what is owed?
QUESTIONS??? Do I have a choice to make a claim using my underinsured policy instead of the at fault drivers? Can I make a policy limit demand and do I have to prove over and above my policy limits? Can I claim my personal property inside the vehicle, loss of use, rental car fees?
If a civil suit determines I’m 10% negligence but my the insurance says I’m not at fault. Is 10% deducted from what I collect.
Insurance will pay my leasing company. Do I see any refund as to this claim?
Does my leasing company charge me for the agreed upon purchase price subtracting all my payments and refund me the rest?
Do the leasing company pay the market value or the price im charged.
I only owed 1,000 for the deferred bill during covid. But I couldn’t turn in the vehicle. I kept making payments but how does this affect what I own and will possible get in return. I was going to purchase this vehicle and had a good amount of equity with low miles.

I just started Vyvanse. I started at 20mg 12 days ago and boosted up to 40 mg this Monday. I have to go for the cognitive testing portion of my assessment next Monday and was told that i should not take my medication for 48 hours before. So i will not take my medication starting this Saturday. I know from this group that breaks are common, but what dose should i take come Tuesday after being off for 3 days? Do i restart at 20mg or do i just pick right back up at 40mg since its been great so far with no side effects? Thanks for your comments and opinions.

Her cards are being priced the same as Jeemin and still being sold out first. They’re also setting sets and her cards aren’t being included which means they’re collecting her. Also on pc websites like Hallyu she’s literally gone first. And before you say pc collecting ≠ IT girl, I KNOW that but I just wanted to talk about this observation. Same observation can be said about Koko but I made this post about Sarang because being a US voter for her during survival show and being a sarang defender since day one I shocked at how many people are collecting her.
