I’m a 25-year-old guy, 5’5” tall, planning a solo cruise for about 14 days in the next 2–3 months, with a budget of up to $12,000. I’ve been saving for this trip for almost a year and am finally ready to go! My plan is to enjoy a mix of relaxation, fun activities, and meeting new people—particularly single adults.
I’m looking at Virgin Voyages since it seems better suited for younger adults and singles compared to other cruise lines that cater more to families or older crowds. My goal is to meet a single female companion (onboard or before the trip) to hang out with, enjoy drinks, explore activities, and—if we vibe well—maybe even share something more intimate. Of course, everything would be based on mutual attraction and respect, as that’s just how dating works anywhere.
I want this to be one of the best trips of my life, filled with amazing memories, and I’m doing everything I can to make it special. I’ll pay for one of the best cabins onboard—likely the second-best option, which is almost luxurious and could cost around $4,000–$5,000 for two people. 2024.11.27 15:40 Gooselord_Prime G26 gen 3 slide on gen 4 frame?
Found an aftermarket slide that's cut for RMSc but it says it's only gen 3 compatible and I was planning on putting it on a gen 4 frame and use the gen 4 internals from my oem slide. I was under the impression gen 3 and gen 4 g26 slides were pretty much identical and were fully parts interchangeable. Also, I know someone is going to say just get my slide milled. Ive considered it, by it is rather just buy a pre cut, pre coated slide for the same price, keep my old slide stock, and have the ability to go back to it if I choose for whatever reason.

Our family was on the Symphony of the Seas last. We did enjoy it despite bad luck of a hurricane making the trip very rough seas and missed most of our ports. Bad luck.
We were thinking of doing a different ship just to change it up vs do the same ship twice in a row.
We are thinking of Carnival Mardi Gras, Royal Caribbean Icon, or RC Star.
Mardi Gras is considerably cheaper especially since we also have to fly to Florida and get a hotel. So lower cost is appealing.
Any feedback on these three ships, and your thoughts on this decision? We have 2 kids, 9-12 when we would cruise (early 2026).

I (21F) started this job last week at a deli and called in sick for a migraine 1.5 hrs before the store opens and my manager wasn’t impressed and said he was looking for someone resilient.
This migraine was so painful, I could barely move to taken medication. It’s really annoying as to how lightly migraines are taken and my manager just wanting me to push through it because he just sees it as a “bad headache”. And i’m even annoyed about the fact that I picked up an extra shift he asked for me to do yesterday which could’ve been a possible trigger for my migraine.
I don’t even know what to say back and so upset that this has happened because I really needed this job to help me out whilst I’m at university.
