2024.11.27 15:30 Independent-Log-5459 PS4 vs. PS5 as a gift for someone who doesn’t already have a game system
I want to get my husband either a ps4 or ps5 for Christmas. He has mentioned wanting a ps5 but i don’t think he knows much about the difference between the two. He doesn’t own any type of gaming system but growing up he had some type of playstation. so basically he isn’t a huge gamer person. I don’t have a ton of money because i’m still in school. I could probably swing getting him the ps5 but it would be straining my budget. I also know he wants the disc console not the digital one. He wants to play some basketball game and maybe some games with me. A ps4 seems to be a lot cheaper, but I want to get him a good gift.
What do you think? Is it worth it to get the ps5? I’m worried he will be disappointed if i get the ps4 but then i could get him more to go with it like an extra controller and more games and stuff.

I have been studying endlessly since my results post in July. PT after PT, drill after drill and I still averaged in 156 range with my highest being a 159 ever. The LR is killing me once I get into the difficult question threshold. How can I improve to my dream score of a 165 guys? I’m so defeated. I’m really doubting if I can ever overcome this test :(

2024.11.27 15:30 RachelTsou How do you create texture from photo reference of a none flat objcet?
I wanted to model a wine bottle based on a real wine bottle, including a rectangular stickers on the bottle.
The problem is that the bottle is not a perfect cylinder, therefore the sticker in all the reference photos are not completely flat, nor a perfect arc.
So how will you people do this? how should I create a texture for it?
I can definitely photoshop them manually to make it close to a flat texture. I mean... is there a bettefastemore accurate way?
I feel like some AI should be able to analyse a bunch of photos to generate the flat texture.

Lore summary: Her timeline is set around 23 years after Arc 3 Ptarmigan(chosen by her dad)/Themis(chosen by her mom from a suggestion by a scavenger friend) was born from a Mudwing mother and an Icewing father, both living in Sanctuary. She was growing normally until she reached 4 years old, that's when her huge growth spurt kicked off. At nine years of age she attained the height and size of someone like Morrowseer or Burn. She made use of her size, strength and nimbleness to help in construction and maintenance of the city. She became a local 'celebrity' because of her contribution. She had known the Jade Mountain Academy when she was little and yearned to go and study there. It is only this time when she finally persuaded her parents and community to let her enroll in the school after years of setbacks. The DoD never had a student of her size, so they needed to adjust some of their common rooms and classrooms in order for her to fit in. Ptarmigan awkwardly offered her help in the adjustments though. She is currently clawmates with Yucca, my Leafwing OC.

Fala povo, depois de fazer um pé de meia e algumas contas, decidi pegar um carro mais atual pra mim, e um modelo que sempre fui apaixonado e tinha focado pra pegar é o New Fiesta (sim, eu sei, saiu de linha, sei dos problemas cronicos, etc, mas paixão não se explica)
o problema é que onde eu moro tá impossivel achar um que seja mais novo que 2016 pelo menos, manual e que esteja em bom estado (literalmente na minha cidade não achei um que atendesse todos os requisitos)
venho aqui então pedir uma ajuda pra outros modelos de carro a se considerar que sejam da mesma categoria do Fiesta, não quero ir atrás de carro de entrada sem uma gama legal de opcionais que tem nele, etc, de preferencia que com 60k eu consiga um modelo mais novo e que não seja 1.0
alguma luz por favor?
