Hi Reddit, this is my first post but to make a long story short,I (23F) still live with my parents (40's) and two younger siblings (11) & (9) and just wanted to ask if I am in the wrong or my parents. Growing up my parents have been strict with my older sister and l, and my older sis was a bit handful, she would sometimes skip school to go hangout at a friend's house or to go somewhere with her boyfriend (now husband) and my older sister was doing academically well, while I struggled with school growing up but I didn't gave our parents any trouble outside of grades, but on to the current issue, my older sister's FIL Palo (not real name) asked me if I had a boyfriend a second time (the first time when was 15 and the second one at 23) but as a joking manner and I made the mistake to mentioning it to my mom while we were joking around and she looked at me like 'What?' and I told her 'yeah', and my mom told me she wasn't going to tell my dad but she ended up telling him and my dad called my sis(28F) to tell her that if Palo asks me that again, then he was cutting ties with my BILs family and my parents told me that, while I amliving under their roof, I am their responsibility, so wibta?

All my life I (F26) live in a small area with my family. It’s so small that we don’t even have any cafes or clothes store. When you want to go to a cafe or to a mall, you need to drive like 45 minutes. I worked as a cashier at some grocery stores even tho I didn’t want to because I needed money. I had no choice working as a cashier because I didn’t have many options in here. My department was graphic and photography in high school and my other department was tourism and hotel management in university. I don’t want to do them both. When it comes to job I’m not sure what I’m capable of because I only have experience as a cashier. I always love English Language since fourth grade but I’m not sure. Can you guys give me any advice or tell me what you do when you feel like I feel right now? How do you know what job suits for you?

2024.11.27 17:53 DBNB How does one access the dial?
I removed the quartz movement from this Rotary watch but am at a loss as to how to remove the dial in order to polish the crystal & reattach the hands. The dial seems to be secured by a sub-mm thick ring but I am not sure whether this is screwed or pressed in. I don't want to try prising or rotating the ring without knowing how it is actually secured. I'd be grateful for suggestions.

My dad got a base iPhone 15 for free and asked if I wanted it and in return I give my mom my current 13 pro. I had already planned on trading in my phone for a 16 pro a few months before he told me.
I'm not sure which model to follow through with. I've heard mixed reviews about both lineups, including the 15 overheating/bad battery life and underwhelming battery life on the 16 lineup. I originally wanted the 16 pro because it's the latest model, which would last longer and I usually trade-in my phone every 3-4 years.
Also would like to note that I'm a moderately heavy phone user. I mostly play music and go on social media on my phone. I like taking photos, but not professional photography and not much of a mobile gamer either.
What's your guys experience with the 15 and 16 lineups? Is it more worth it to get the 16?

I am an international student student enrolling for inti in few months. But hearing some people giving bad reviews and complaining about how bad the communication Is in Nilai campus that concerns me a lot. I have already registered for the uni and the course I am taking is only available in Nilai campus as they say. Plus, this is my first time being independent and I have no connections with people in Malaysia so I have a lot going on my mind after seeing inti having more bad reviews than good reviews.

I go to a university for RN program, it is accredited under Alberta (CNSA) but not Canada (CASN). I really wanted to pursue travel nursing outside of Canada but now I do not know if this will affect me. Does anyone know if my accreditation under Alberta is enough? (I am eligible to sit for NCLEX)

As a hobby of mine I recreate the liveries of military aircraft in certain flight sims I play. I was recently commissioned to do VF-32, AC100-101, and AC105. I am having trouble finding the pilot names for AC105, as all the pictures I can seem to find are too grainy to make out what it says under the canopy. If anyone knows a place I can lookup that sort of thing that would be greatly appreciated.
The BuNo is 163215, and specifically the Iraqi Freedom version, when they were stationed on USS Truman (CVN-75) in like 2003-2005 timeframe.
If there is a better subreddit for this kind of thing please let me know, this is just the first one I thought of.
