Pretty straightforward, would like to know which aftermarket axle shafts some guys in here would recommend. Chance I bent my rear shaft, taking it in on Friday to see, but if that’s the case trying to prep. It’s a 2015 JKU (non-rubicon), axle is regeared to 4.88 w/ a limited slip diff. Other than this, stock rear axle. Was thinking about replacing w/ chromoly. My jeep already runs a dynatrac PR44 axle swap up front w/ chromoly shafts, but I’m not too knowledgeable with this sort of thing so any recommendations appreciated!

So my husband is a pot smoker. Has been the entire time we’ve been together but that’s neither here nor there.
We have two kiddos and I requested that he no longer smoke in the house. Up to now he’s been smoking in our bedroom. He usually smokes out of a bong and I simply am asking that he move his supplies and smoke outside in our shed. I was even okay with him using a vape inside. I had sent this request yesterday via text and was respectful about it.
He did not text me back, came home, barely even addressed me, went to bed, woke up, and while I was in the living room with both kids I hear him hitting the bong and spraying some air freshener.
I know this sounds silly but I am just now learning to build boundaries and I struggle with the follow through and consequences when boundaries are disrespected. But I feel hurt and I feel like he thinks I’m stupid. It’s not just about the smell- it’s the exposure. And I made sure to explain that.

I’m so shocked at my progress! I have gotten my zone 2 runs from 175bpm to 140bpm and have significantly increased my speed! I have gone from a healthy lifestyle with no running in September to where I am now.
My first 10k race is tomorrow and a half marathon is January! I ran xc and track as a teenager but really didn’t expect it to come back this fast. One thing I am struggling with is comparing myself to my times then- I would’ve been SO upset with a 10:50 pace when I was younger and running a 7:30 for miles but I’m telling myself it’s all just a journey and I’ve made incredible strides already!
