should I always be trying to max out my inquiries in every city I conquer? I know I can transport supplies, gold, and troops between cities but I didn't know if there was a better use of my time during each season (ie building relationships)

 | This is a patient of mine who is a 39-year-old mother of two. She decided it was time for a "reset" after struggling to regain her pre-baby figure. Despite following a rigorous diet and exercise regimen, she couldn't seem to tighten the loose skin on her belly, no matter how extreme her efforts were. I'm starting to feel lifeless and alone at night I have some form of a social life with my friends but I never feel satisfied. I don't feel a reason to talk to girls upfront if I know there's a 99% chance of rejection. When my mom died I'm I grew up fine without her with just my dad and my brother but now I don't know I'm sure I don't have mommy issues but what is wrong with me.
