So I’ve got someone coming round to pick up a bed this evening soon I’ve put on marketplace. Just wanted to see if could get some money for quickly instead of just getting rid of it
I always assume cash when buying/selling on fb marketplace but I didn’t specify as I thought it was a given and also slipped my mind. This is my first time selling something
I’m assuming they’re bringing the cash for bed but how do I go about it? If they show up and start packing into there car do I insist suddenly cash first. What’s the protocol? I don’t want to seem all weird or pressing them straight away idk I’m suddenly overthinking this as a big thing and how to deal with it. Because also if I say did you bring the cash I feel like there will be this obvious tension of like ‘…obviously yes’

Hey all! I’m planning a 3 to 4 day solo trip to Costa Rica and I plan on flying out of SJO. Because my trip is quite short I would love to find a place to stay that is less than three hours away from the airport. I love adventure, beach, and beautiful scenery in general, including mountains. Based on this, does anyone have any recommendations for towns to stay in? I will also be staying at a hostel so looking for cities or towns with good options as well.

Hi everyone. So this is a vent and an inquiry lol I have PCOS. I've ignored managing it for a long time but recently I've had events that make me want to improve myself. This stubborn belly is sooooo stressful for me. I absolutely hate it. It makes me feel unfeminine, ashamed, and it makes finding flattering clothes super hard.
ANYWAY! Enough of that, has anyone tried reducing carbs and if so much carbs a day do you aim for? Has it helped you? I also heard higher protein helps with carbs cravings, has anyone found this to be true?

I enjoy the show. Watching the process of tearing up a place & ending up with a showcase home. Liked the finished house except not enuf windows & no artwork on walls. I wouldn’t have wanted whole upstairs such dark blue. Maybe periwinkle in main bedroom?
This program focuses on wealthy folks. Their budget was $1.2M. I don't think everyday Aussies can afford that much for a home?
I'm a US GrMa. We bought our first house together in 1986 for $80,000. We remodeled it after two kids but the house wasn't really done right. We enlarged the Master Bedroom & turned the deck into a larger family room that was cut in two by a wood stove fireplace in the middle. After we sold it in 2006, the new owners later remodeled it extensively & sold it for almost a $M. Now, homes with 3-bed, 2-bath are about $500,000 where we live in the Pacific NW. My kids will never own a home & that makes me sad. Instead of $40M wasted on the Tyson-Paul Fight or the Millions wasted on our Trump-Harris Debacle, I wish that money would've gone towards helping people obtain their first home. The American Dream is gone. Is the Aussie Dream still there?
