2024.11.27 20:33 coffeemoneyass Possible Instagram scam?

Hello everyone, I found myself in a weird position today and I am genuinely wondering whether or not I signed myself up to get scammed in some way.
I sometimes browse the Instagram stories as we all do and saw a "giveaway" ad from some financial advice page (I know, this is something that a 12 year old would fall for, but eh) and mindlessly enlisted in it thinking that nothing horrible could happen. To be fair, nothing has happened thus far, but I'm still kind of distressed. After the application, I start getting random calls from a number in Germany (I do live in Germany, so it isn't that weird I guess) and I get 3 calls all spread out over a couple of days. Today I was curious and finally decided to call back.
The woman on the other line told me that I had somehow secured second place in the giveaway and won a free "financial advice plan" apparently worth quite a bit, and some other thing I can't remember. Anyway, she asked to confirm my email, asked some surface level questions, told me that she'd schedule an appointment and send me an email today all about it.
The source of my concern is the fact that I haven't heard anything from the supposed "financial expert". Later I realized that during that call the woman had managed to gain the following details about me: My full name, my phone number, my somewhat throwaway email since that is the one I use on Instagram, the course I study in Uni (yeah, weird), and that's about it.
So, in conclusion, if this turns out to indeed be a scam of some sort, what could the scammer do with the information she currently has? I have no financial accounts linked to any of my emails or numbers yet, so I don't think there's any risk there.
Anyway, some insight on my problem or paranoia would be greatly appreciated. TIA 😭🙏

2024.11.27 20:33 imusika Something fleshy came out with my period, what on earth is it? Freaking out.

Today on day 4 of my (F33) period a fleshy and ”squishy” thing came out. Halfmoon shaped and looked like it had like a string of blood going into it. If I could describe the look of it I’d say it looks like a mini-brain or a tumour, 2x1 cm in size. I’m freaking out, wtf could it be? Pregnancy is ruled out.
Not sure if or how I can add a picture but background is I have had ashermans syndrom, approx. 10w post hysteroscopy, had a SIS or hsg (not sure of the difference) about a month ago and then I looked fine and was cleared. About a year ago I had a polyp removed, likely RPOC from a miscarriage, and since then I’ve had a few hysteroscopies to clear scarring. During the time I’ve had problem with scarring I’ve barely had a period, until after my last surgery. Since then it has been fine, this is my second cycle and pregnancy tests have been negative so this being a miscarriage is not possible.
Could this be a polyp or fibroid? How would I tell the difference? Can they come out with a period? If I have one, am I likely to have more? Can it grow this big in such a small time since my last exam? Ive been trying to conceive but struggled with recurrent losses due to ashermans and im terrified i now have something else to worry about too.
