About 5 years ago i was still living with my parents when we got a cat. She and i were best mates. She'd always be right next to me and when she was scared she would cuddle with me and all that. A year ago i moved out and i visit my parents once a week but ever since i moved out the cat just seems to hiss and growl at me. She doesn't hide from me or anything but she won't let me touch or even feed her. Why did this happen and how can we be mates again?

Hey guys! I just got a 2008 Signature L, it's in a pretty nice shape, doesn't need much to fix, and of all parts it needs that i'm aware of, the only thing I can't find on ebay is "Signature L" c-pillar badges. It was repainted at some point and they put "Executive L" badges on instead of the original ones which is unbearable. The thing is, I'm in Europe (the car too). So I can mostly shop for unique towncar parts online only. Can you guys prompt me where to look for parts?

Hello pilots,
First a little background:
My father is older than some trees, but has had what he calls "The Bug" since he was a kid - flying is his sole focus in life. He is a former commercial pilot, and early adopter of both Hang Gliders and Paragliders as well as the owner and instructor of a paragliding school. In short, unless he is at altitude, he's not happy.
However, due to illness and funds, an airplane is no longer in the cards and earlier this year he had his first paraglider crash in over 50 years of being airborn. Now that he has a few new metal parts, climbing up and down hills to fly his glider is getting less fun for him and, frankly, it's bumming him out.
I suggested maybe he take up simulator flying and, while at first he was a bit skeptical, he's starting to warm up to the idea. have a pretty substantial flight/racing rig, but he is not really able to make the same sort of investments in the hobby.
How do I get him started for a reasonable price without setting him up with crappy equipment?
Is Xbox the cheapest path? What peripherals work well there?
My research has led me to this point:
1: an Xbox series X 2: Turtle Beach yoke (he flew Cessnas and similar professionally for decades as a tow pilot for a glider club so a GA style setup would be immediately familar)
3: Thrustmaster Pedals
4: MSFS 20 (and when it's in a better state, 24)
Am I missing anything? Is there a better path? Budget is under 2000 Canadian (~1400USD)
I want him to be able to get airborne even when the weather is bad or the titanium knee is misbehaving. I'm not sure how many years he has before it's off to the Great Taxiway In The Sky so I want these ones to have as much time above the clouds before that state becomes permanent.
Any input would be immensely helpful.

Hi!! For some background I’ve been on wegovy for over year. I’m currently on 2.4 dose. My doctor switched me over to Zepbound for hopefully less side effects and to get me over a plateau I’ve been stuck at weight wise. I’m starting Zepbound at 12.5 mg. I’m nervous to take my first shot because I’m afraid of side effects. He said I should be okay because I’ve been on wegovy. Does anyone have experience with this that can reassure me :) thanks

My husband has done this for years and I thought nothing of it: he goes through my wallet and will take my credit card out and tell me “my wallet is too full” sometimes he hides the credit card somewhere in his office or otherwise puts it in a drawer but I don’t have easy access anymore. I don’t spend recklessly if you’re wondering.

It's been 2 months and so far I haven't suffered as much as I expected. Some days I'm fine some others I carry a deep pit in my stomach for all the day.
