I’m 21 M, I recently got food poisoning and was forced to not vape or drink coffee, obv. didn’t wanna watch porn either. I’ve been doing all three on and off for 5+ years.
Brain Fog, Anxiety: The first two days I had experienced EXTREME brain fog! It was so horrible it put me in a constant state of stress and anxiety. If you experienced the same you’re not alone and you are gonna survive. The brain fog went away after about 2 days for me.
Stress, Burnout: Prior to this, I started vaping again so I could complete college assignments easier and now that I’ve stopped I’ve also experienced an extreme burnout.
Depression, Apathy: The feelings of depression and apathy were very strong on the first two days as well. I thought my brain would never repair itself but I kept focusing on “tomorrow will be a little better.”
How I have coped: What really helped me was researching similar stories to mine. Setting daily goals and staying busy. Being truthful with my family and friends and spending as much time with family as possible. And not staying in my room unless I’m sleeping or cleaning. Eating nutritious foods and taking multivitamins. Getting sunlight exposure. Exercising as much as possible. Taking cold showers.
Other: It’s day 4 of my detox. On day 1 and 2 I did hit my vape once or twice in the entire day to quit somewhat slow-turkey. I never want to be dependent on my vape again or experience these withdrawals which is why I know I will never vape again.
The weird thing is I’m not even craving my vape. The worst thing right now is depression, apathy and stress. But it’s getting a little better everyday.

With no app: spicy chicken, plain single, single with cheese, baconator and 3 large fries are roughly $31…. A lot of money for shrunken down sandwiches and the “pinch trick” at the packaging base on your fries.
Sorry no pics but venting over why I even buy fast food anymore. Could have bought skin on salmon fillets (farm raised) for $7.99 lb at the grocery store and made 8 oz portions for 4 plus sides for less than the cost of the garbage I bought…

I just completed a mk3s->mk4s upgrade. It completed two prints in PLA without issue. My third print is in PETG and at around 30% it starts randomly unloading the filament and asking me to change it. I've calibrated the filament sensor and the gear box twice. No change in the symptoms. I am using a Prusament PETG so I don't think its a filament issue.

I don’t know if I am mentally unusual, challenged in some way or just plain retarded.
I work in a SCIF. I go inside the SCIF daily and cell phones are not allowed. But I accidentally brought my phone in FOR THE SECOND time. I self reported, and turned it over for inspection. It was less than 30 min for both times so it wasn’t a huge issue but it will be if I keep doing this. I am paranoid that I will do it again, and I would appreciate any help on suggestions on what I can do.
I normally take these precautions after parking my car: - unclamp phone from a clamp mount in car - unplug phone cable - turn off alarm that reminds me to leave phone in car - put it in center console - get out of the car and self pat down - walk a long way to SCIF (i park far on purpose) - self pat down when walking into SCIF
These steps work normally, but being a generally anxious person, i get stressed out easily. And when there is an issue at work that is complicated with pressure…. I blank out thinking about the issue and find my phone in pocket inside the SCIF. I don’t even remember unclamping, unplugging, turning off the alarm, and putting it in my pocket. I also pass by several posters and signa that says “no mobiles”… but all I remember is worrying about an issue and walking.
My last resort is not taking the phone to work. But being a crappy driver, not having it while driving is a bit scary… but it is better than doing it multiple times and losing my job. When i’m not at work, i keep the phone in my pocket. And first thing I do when I get in the car is clamp it on a mount.
Would anyone have an idea to to make sure, and force me to leave the phone in car. I don’t trust myself to do anything in the moment, such as self pat down because I forget to do them in the moment when im distracted or stressed. Anything i can do prior?? I dont know wtf is wrong with me, i’m in my mid 40’s with a child. I can’t lose my job over something like thus.
Im using iPhone 12 Pro.
