First I hope its fine to post here, idk if its exactly a vent, but it is in some form. And second sorry of its chaotic, im typing this at midnight.
Im single, but would kinda wanna be in a relationship. You know, dates, talking deep conversations and just enjoy ourselves together. Sounds like a dream.
But there is the "other" side of that, physical contact. Sex absolutely repulses me and I feel disgusted just thinking about doing it. It is like a punishment for me. Also kissing, i suppose i could endure it, but still makes me kinda unwell, just ew. I do like hugs and holding hands tho.
With that im kinda scared that nobody will really wanna date me, because relationships are about sex, kissing n shit. Is that a valid fear in my situation or are there some other people who have it the same as me?

I’ve been noticing a few weird things about my neighbor. Like he constantly stakes outside, looking like he’s waiting for something. I’ve caught him cutting his hand a few times and feeding it into his ground. I have no idea what he’s trying to do.
It would probably be useful to mention that he has a daughter, or had a daughter really. They haven’t talked in years when, all of a sudden, he got a knock on his door informing him that she was caught into a car accident though he doesn’t really believe them.
Yeah, I should talk about that, huh? He thinks these human crow cult things killed her and that they’re after him. It’s ridiculous, I know but he’s a paranoid man. He says they also killed his wife which I call bullshit on. The knife was in his kitchen, his fingerprints all over everything. There was no sign of a forced entry but not enough evidence to lock him away either.
Yeah, clearly he has some issues. Believing there’s a council of gods with one of them being a god of Unfortunate taking the place of a crow like a human figure? I call bullshit once again. He clearly just needs some help but he won’t admit it.
I try talking to him every time I leave the house but to no avail. I wave and he blocks me out like he does most things. I try to invite him to a party but he doesn’t answer either. Everything I do has no effect on him. I could stab him and nothing would happen, he wouldn’t even acknowledge me.
One day, I went to his door and knocked to give him a thing of muffins but no answer, as I figured though I saw the door was unlocked. I creeked it open a little bit to see if he was home but, instead of my neighbor, I saw a horrific sight. There was blood stained into the hardwood floor ground, it’s clearly been collecting for months. A little farther in there was like a demonic symbol. Like one of these you’d do a ritual with.
I take a few steps inside to see ramblings carved into the walls. I knew he was deteriorating mentally but I didn't know this much. The words aren’t words, they’re just symbols. It looks alien to me. As I look around more, I see plenty of weapons lying about like a hacksaw and a knife. A long one at that.
“Get out” said my neighbor, which caused me to jolt up and run out. He slammed the door as I exited and stared at me as I entered my house. I sit there, looking at the house for a minute before going back and trying to push the event to the back of my mind.
It’s been a few days since then but I feel like I’m being watched. Like his eyes are still on me. He’s put a stick with a dead crow through it on his front yard. I don’t know why he’s done this yet but I figured I’d tell you about all of this mom. I know you like letters instead of texts so I made this. I hope you’re safe.

I know rule 6, i won't share any infos but i want closure, especially because what this person means to me.
Early this year i posted a picture of one of my outfits, and someone replied saying it would look good with a kilt, i'd always wanted a kilt but was scared since i live with my parents so i got to talking to him over reddit messenger.
And we hit off really well, shared a lot of interests, we talked a lot, sometimes it would take a while for him to reply but he said he was a busy person, and life genuinely started looking up for once, i've had internet friends before but this one came at the right time and was prepared to help me, he helped me build up the confidence i needed to get my first kilt, he said he had a priest praying for me, but because i knew how fragile internet friendships are i did once ask him if there was any other to contact him and all he said was 'i'm working on alternate means' there was no problems and no sign that he was going to delete his account, he had a 5 year plus post history of various topics.
But three days ago, just after i told him i got my dream car, he deleted his account, with no warning, just gone, i used a service to see his last posts and nothing was out of the ordinary.
In our last conversation he seemed fine and very happy for me

I didn't talk to him the next day but went to talk to him the day after and found he had deleted his account, not banned or suspended, but deleted, as if a deliberate action.
I've always been cautious of meeting people online, i've had a guy once who pretended he was in the secret service or something (posted about that before) and a very nice woman who started speaking to me when my mental health was low during the pandemic who ended up being a pig butcher but failed when she realized i think physical investments are the way to go, but this guy even sent me pictures and i always reverse searched them to make sure he was being true and it seemed he always was.
I don't want help finding him (i googled his username and only found someone who makes mods for a car game but he never posted about that on reddit or on the games reddit community) i just want closure as to why a good friend would decide one day to dissapear and if my car was anything to do with it.

2024.11.27 21:36 StenoStudent School lost my Pell grant, any known process or procedure?
I started school about 11 weeks ago and I had filled out all the information they requested. I sent them everything. They have two student portals, turns out for financial aid one where you submit to apply for loans and grants and a second one where they update you on whether you have received Financial aid in general. The second one wasn’t something they recommended for me to check out every now and then they just told me today that I’m missing $2000 that was supposed to be paid for by my Pell grant.
Now I have four weeks to come up with $2000 and my school, their own financial aid office will not respond to emails previously this conundrum or currently. On FAFSA official website with all my financial information they specify that not only where the loans received that the Pell grant should’ve been received as well.
My problem is that the school would’ve had to take the same information to get the student loans from the same place as my Pell grant. I have contacted FAFSA, but I don’t know if they’re gonna respond soon enough and even if they do am I at fault here cause I sent all the information I constantly asked about my Pell grant because I was supposed to get access money cause I took out a decent amount of student loans and then needed extra money to pay for school supplies Which I was gonna use that for and never receive so I had to pay out-of-pocket.
