2024.11.27 22:32 Demiansky So I beat Queen's Hand. What now?
So I finally started playing Against the Storm a month and a half ago, and it's been one of the best gaming experiences I've had in years. But it went by fast.
I felt like in theory the Queen's Hand Trial was the right amount of difficult, but it was just too short (after learning how it worked on my first attempt, I beat it on my second.)
I guess there are a bunch of gimmicky settlement level achievements I could aim for, but that doesn't really excite me too much. Any ideas on how I might wring out some more mileage from the game in a way that presents more challenges?

I have not been diagnosed with OCD but after a concussion, I've noticed some symptoms. I'll get a weird intrusive thought that's sexual in nature, but not so much like I'm gonna do something and I also don't have a fear that I would ever do anything (more like weird comments), but whenever it pops up, I don't get anxiety, but I will tend to replace it with a positive one. I'll sometimes just think about the positive thoughts before an intrusive one even comes in. Does this sound like a compulsion?
I also tend to get tense in my private areas and noticed that sometimes.

I keep seeing comments that the current drama between Taylor and the rest of the girls is manufactured for the purpose of gaining more attention before season 2 starts.
i know this is a thing that happens in a lot of reality tv shows, but my question is, how is it manufactured? are none of them actually upset? and they’re just playing up this “feud” for attention/engagement? what role do producers play in this? (if any?)
i’m just trying to wrap my head around how that all works. it seems to me like the girls were genuinely astounded by taylor calling them out for not congratulating her, but maybe they weren’t actually upset.
and potentially unrelated — is the current drama with taylor and makenna also manufactured? or is this just now finally the time when the two of them are coming public about all this?
