First of all, I really want to shout out all the kind people here! I really find it amazing how passionate you all are about this and after reading a few threads here I instantly feel welcomed.
So.. just a few days ago I firstly heard about Yerba Mate and find it very tempting to try. Until then I only thought of Mate as like a yellow/orange soda-like kinda sweet drink (e.g. Mio Mio Mate or Club-Mate) which if I understood correctly is not at all the case with Yerba Mate as it’s more bitter - at least for the first time drinking it until you acquired the taste of it.
After doing some basic googling I came across this „Starter Set“ from a German company called caámate.: https://caamate.de/products/matetee-set-bio-edelstahl-matebecher?variant=44052002144524 (I’m sorry that it’s only in German but I believe the site can be translated)
Even though the Set already comes with 3 varieties of Yerba I’m planing on also getting a pack of Canarias Serena since I heard that it’s not supposed to be as strong as others. I dont drink coffee (seen Yerba being compared to that on here) and the only bitter thing I really drink is Gin-Tonic so I don’t think that I really bring optimal starting conditions for this with me. (Please correct me on anything I say if you think I’m in the wrong!)
I’d love to get some feedback on my possible choices here and if you have other recommendations I’d love to hear about them. (Please keep in mind though that, at least for the start, I don’t want to spend a fortune on this as I don’t really know if I’ll like it in the first place)

Not sure if this flair is appropriate, sorry. My five month old has recently become disinterested in all of her toys, she’s an incredibly active and engaging baby. I have noticed she loves sensory things, different textures and materials. For instance, at playgroup she went absolutely crazy on a first aid heat blanket, honestly she had so much fun with the crinkle texture it was adorable. Really bad at choosing age appropriate sensory toys - please help!

I'm currently working on a small project exploring the possibility of formulating a law that will encourage more people, especially the rich to donate more and donate strategically.
But I am confused. Does having a law for something like that even make sense? If it does, what would this law look like? What would the law adress to achieve the objective of accelerating Indian philanthropy?
These are some of the main questions that I have. I need to move out of this uncertainty before starting anything.

My partner and I have been together for 11 years and we have a 7 year old son together. We have both previously been married and have children from our previous relationship.
Unfortunately last year he was diagnosed with Cancer, but thankfully after successfully treatment he is now had the all clear.
It’s been a very stressful year as you can imagine but (or so I thought) we were strong enough to get through anything.
I should also mention we work together running his business something that has worked well the last few years, and I did my best to keep it going whilst he was having treatment.
I’ve worked very hard the last few days as he has been a bit under the weather and with his body still recovering we decided it best for him to take some time off.
Last night in bed he was watching TV and I just asked him to turn it down and he got really arsey with me and told me he wasn’t turning it down as it’s usually that loud. I let it slide and just went downstairs and slept on the coach as I needed sleep.
Tonight, after another long day at work, we had a massive argument because I brought up how I felt disrespected with what happened last night. All he needed to do was turn the volume down slightly right?
He had a totally different version of events (he’s had a few beers last night)
I said “are you mental” and well it all kicked off. He was so angry and has said some extremely hurtful things. Telling me that what I’ve said is the end of our relationship and how dare I call him mental and say he has a mental imbalance.
He’s currently still going on and on that he’s leaving, and it’s all my fault. I’ve apologised for saying he’s “mental” but apparently I’ve done it now.
As I say he’s said some really nasty things.
But I love him. He’s my world. It’s seems like I’m not is.
