I always felt it was a missed opportunity not to have two subclasses connected to the Shadowfell in the game, especially with Shadowheart, a Shar worshiper, being one of the easiest companions to recruit. or the entire section related to a curse from the Shadowfell, just imagine the interactions between Tav and Shadowheart. She might view your abilities as a blessing from Shar, or, if you're a Hexblade, she could question your choice to make a pact with a Shadowfell entity instead of Shar. There’s SOOOOO much potential with this concept!

2024.11.27 22:30 Sin-God 5e OOC Supplements In The Works
Hi there!
I'm working on a series of OOC Supplements for 5e classes. Right now it's looking like the first one will be full-casters (clerics, wizards, sorcerers, druids, and bards). After that I'll do one just for the quirkier casters (Warlocks & Artificers), and from there I'll do the martial classes.
Right now I'm mostly saying this to give peeps space for suggestions, and also to let folks know that someone is doing this basic idea. I don't know when the first of these OOCs will be out, but I'm already working on the first one so it (probably) won't be forever from now.
As it stands each class is its own origin, and I plan to have capstone perks be ways to share the magic system that are unique to each class. I'm looking forward to it.
