Hey everyone. Haven't posted on here in a bit. this post might be long, is mostly about letting whats festering inside spill out a bit and looking for advice.
The members of my family (mother and aunt) that knew about my desire to transition ( amab, 24) were conscerned for me. They kind of collectively wondered if i could see a psychiatrist for an official diagnostic just to make sure i was "sure". i relinquished, telling myself that id just go through this extra step and move on. Plus, this would also be an avenue to sort out a lot of problems i have on the mental side of things.
Since accepting, its been about 3 weeks on the slow process of getting one. Ive been getting more and more 3d person flashes of myself, like an outwards view on me. Half the time highlighting more feminine features, maneurisms, movements, actions, etc. the other half highlight masculine traits. This has been going on for a while (not sure if its depersonalization?) but its none stop.
My brains been turning my desires on themselves at the drop of a hat. One moment, i try breast forms, feel good about it and feel like things would work out, the other i feel like it could never work.
i feel like 2 parts of me have been stapled to the sides of a coin, each showing up as flashes when one side of the coin is facing the viewer, except someones put the coin on its side and is making it spin as fast as possible.
i dont feel like i have a clear idea of anything anymore. Every single day in the past two weeks, suicide and self harm have cropped up in my head.
Now no need to tell me not to, ive made a vow to someone that i would do neither. thing is that despite wanting to respect that vow, it doesnt make the thoughts go. it feels more like its turned to chains keeping me here when nothing is working.
My drive and assurance towards this path has been slowly eroding because of it. I just feel like its all been some kind of sexual...thing... and that none of this path was right, just a creation of my brain.
Ive been f*cking up my studies over this. i dont have the energy, drive or will to do anything. i just feel numb and tired.
tldr: Decided to look for a psy to make everyone worry less about my transition decision. Since, my convictions are faltering, and so is my ability to live.

I've got a 40 minute commute, and an insulated bag carrier, from where I'm supposed to be on Thanksgiving, and probably another hour before everything is plated. Wondering with a 5 minute finishing bake if this would taste close to fresh?
Also given the choice between a medium dutch oven, a ceramic casserole dish, and a glass circular baking dish what would be the most consistent? Don't have a big cast iron.

Can I use the RS pulsing tank on the original Reflex?
And where are the film ONLY replacements for the reflex tank? Or do I have to pay $70 every time to replace it with the Film Module from the store? Cause if thats the case Im just gonna sell my combo cause thats just ridiculous.
