Been using PairVPN for years, but today when I went to turn on the server on my phone I got an Internet error. I cleared the cache and data on the app and went to pair it with the client on my PC, but now the client on PC is saying internet connection failed, even though it has access to the internet.

I'm back with another disturbing story.. in 2022 around May or April, a former girlfriend younger than me whom I met in high school, suddenly invited me after a long period of not talking to go for a walk with her friends a few villages away. (I had a failed relationship in high school and that was more than a date but I won't go into details). After they came by car, we went around 9pm to the center of a larger commune where I met other individuals and, bro...youth in Romania really do drugs. We decided to go to the nearby forest, about 4 km. We arrived with the cars on a footbridge that led to a barrier blocking a forestry road, we were on a poorly traveled road in the heart of the forest. We sat and talked, about hobbies, past, opinions and joked a lot and the atmosphere suddenly became romantic between everyone with a girlfriend, but also between me and my old girlfriend and because of that one of those with a car left feeling lonely. I waited for someone else to come with a car but 2 hours had already passed and no one showed up so we started walking to the village, 4km.. We took it easy and started talking about paranormal things, crimes and unexplained things that happened locally but also from personal experiences. At some point we started talking about crimes from the past, that happened in the village we were heading to. More specifically about organ trafficking and newborns who were thrown into pits by mothers who didn't want them. These cases were familiar to me because in childhood even my grandmother knew and talked about the terrible story that happened there, more precisely two children were found under a bridge, mutilated with bundles of money and sinister letters in which the children were congratulated for being good. Somewhere there is certainly a kernel of truth... and even the period in which the discovery took place was a dark period for Romania. In the post-communist period, human trafficking, crimes and drugs got out of control and organ trafficking was not rare but was usually done for large sums of money through posters displayed in cities by influential Arabs whose lives were put in danger and who paid huge sums for a forced transplant. As for newborns... many people found human bones of different sizes because that land became agricultural land and the plows had uncovered everything. Although investigations were carried out over time, no one was held accountable, the case was not so publicized and is known only to the locals.
While we still had a short walk to the village, we began to hear soft moans, like a cat in heat, like a broken musical instrument from the complete darkness. On the left and right were tall plants, bushes and unkempt wildlife. We put the phone flash on the left side of the road and made it quiet so that we could detect the noise more precisely and then in the light of the flashlight that dense vegetation suddenly began to move, like in American movies where something runs towards you from the cornfields. We didn't stay to discuss anymore, we left as fast as we could, running with the flash of our phone chaotically until we reached the village where a friend had torn a plank from the fence of a house to use as a baton... although the danger had passed, the simple fact that those sounds appeared right when we were discussing the religious side of those crimes, namely that the souls of the children don't go anywhere... scared us terribly and didn't make us lose any occupation we would have had after meeting up with the others. We decided to go home and leave it at that... we got home at 1 am.
I prefer not to give the name of the county or the village where the discoveries took place because the village where I live is right next to... for safety reasons I prefer not to say anything. Instead, I will come back with a story of my grandfather and also of the grandfather of a good friend from the time when they were working on telephone cables in the 70s.

2024.11.28 00:41 yoyosaresoindie Cheap Amazon LEDs melted/burnt; new Philips bulbs won’t work?
I have a 3 light fixture in my entry, and I noticed the lights doing weird things. Upon closer inspection they were visibly overheated and warped/melted.
They were cheap Amazon bulbs (lesson learned); LED G9 base.
I've replaced them with Philips bulbs but the fixture isn't working with them. The Philips bullbs work in my other G9 fixtures though, so I know the bulb is not the problem.
I put a melted/burnt light back in to see if they still work, and they do.
Any guesses as to what my problem is? Is the wiring incorrect? Did I ruin my fixture with cheap Amazon garbage LEDs?

The game sucks you in with beautifully designed cutscenes, maps (seeing the stuff you only see in the background in sm2), the player hub paired with the announcements and other things adds so much immersion into the game.
I know space marines generally aren't running through hive cities, but seeing similar maps with such depth would be so damn cool in sm2.
Also why are there so many people against an actual player hub for this game? Just hearing the announcements and seeing other people standing around makes me just want to stand in the game all day. Could have a constant running duel hub and mannn come on...
Sm2 is by far a better game gamplay wise, though.
