I'm on my second Asus p16 pro Art in the span of 2 months. The first one that I got was shipped faulty and I got the replacement that I currently have with me now. Everything was working fine earlier today. I closed my laptop. Put it in my backpack and I realized my backpack was extremely hot, pulled out my laptop and it was burning to the touch and the fans were going. Now it won't turn on, it's still covered under manufacturer's warranty but I do not want to have to go through the trouble. Getting a brand new laptop again. What do you suggest I do?

No one told me anything about where to install a car seat, but I remembered from somewhere hearing the driver's side was safest because the driver protects themselves. At the time I forgot where I learned this nugget of wisdom. In two cars I installed the car seat behind the driver, correctly attached btw.
One day my wife was driving and ended up swerving into incoming traffic. Her Accord vs a Jeep Rubicon. The Rubicon caved in the passenger side of the car to the point where a passenger would have died and in the back it was caved in to the middle.
No one was hurt, but I thought about how smart it was to put the car seat behind the driver.
The correct answer is the car seat goes in the middle. It is only thanks to my stupid brain remembering something Dwight made up as fact that my daughter was not injured or killed in the wreck.
So if you can't remember the source of a piece of information you need to look it up. Not everyone gets so lucky.

So my relationship with my ex has been very bad very toxic. It all started with me having messages with someone else and she found out she never believed me it was so hard to trust me from there. 7 months together just arguing about the same thing to the point where it will turn to putting hands and stuff on each other I never hit her but I pushed her and I take full accountability for that, this past 2 months we been off and on one week she doesn’t contact me the next she is telling me she misses me just to come back be fine for 2 days and be gone I asked her are you speaking to other people she gets defensive she throws it at my face that I was the reason why we are like this now. This final time which was yesterday I went to go look for her I stopped her at her parents drive way and spoke to her she said she no longer loves me she cares but she no longer misses me. I don’t understand how she can go from being so hot and then cold her parents don’t approve of the relationship which is understandable but told me she wanted to keep me a secret I can’t do that when I love her I have genuine love for her but it’s just been so messed up man I’m having such a hard time. I wish I can go back to when she lived with me but that ain’t gonna happen.

It's been admittedly a few years since I last tried to play an Xbox game through the cloud on my phone. With all of that said now that I heard the gamepass and xbox apps were combining it would be a good idea to see how to launch a cloud game that doesn't require a controller (i.e touch controls which numerous games should suppor lt based on the past) to my confusion I can't find anything even letting me click to activate cloud. I am ok android app and am in a properly(or supposedly maybe) supported region (USA)

So I work at a franchised restaurant. We earn more than double the minimum wage, so this isn't a tip credit type of restaurant. In addition to this however, we make an additional $2-4/hr, depending on time of year from a tip pool. We have both a credit card tip pool and a cash tip pool, and get paid each every other week. Obviously this is a noticeable portion of our income. I have been made aware that when employees quit, they don't get their tips on their next paycheck and do not receive cash tips. Now, I put my two weeks notice in today and I planned on asking about this because I was almost positive it was illegal, but then I was reading our employee handbook and this is what it says on tips:
Tips are funded by our patrons and are a privilege to the staff. It is a community fund that is divided amongst the staff based on the number of hours you work. You will receive tip money bi-weekly on the week you do not receive a paycheck. In order to be eligible you must not have any unexcused absences or tardiness. If you have received any disciplinary actions your tips may be revoked. If tips are to be given out after you are no longer employed, your tip money will be divided among the remaining staff.I could certainly be wrong but my assumption would be all of this is illegal. However, personally, I'm only really interested in the bolded part. Anyone with a bit more knowledge on this shed some light? I am in Kentucky for reference.

I have a HP DL360 Gen 6, and there are 4 drives total. I would like to bind ALL 4 DRIVES into ONE array using 'mdadm', or at OS load.
The OS has booted off DRIVE 1; however, when I attempt to create the array using 'mdadm', it won't let me add the 3 additional drives.
How do I go about doing this?
