I finally hit my goal weight and have been able to maintain it for almost a month now! What really shocked me was going back and looking at the data from my smart scale from when I started versus now. It won’t let me insert the link to show the before and after data so I’ll add it in the comments. I find the data so interesting so I thought maybe some of you would too🤷🏼♀️ the main thing that helped me stay full while eating in a calorie deficit was drinking a full cup of water before every meal and every 2-3 bites of food at least 2-3 sips of water and fully putting utensils down on the table/plate especially in the beginning.

Two things I noticed. A lot of people saying 'get rid of Canada Post' or 'pull the plug' etc. To me this sounds like the people who said get rid of the CBC. When I hear this I think, what county isn't able to manage a broadcasting network or postal service. Meaning if they can't operate two businesses how can they run the country.
But second of all and the reason I'm asking if there is something weird going on is everyone is saying Canada Post is broke etc. but I could have sworn I just heard like last year or this that all the trucks in the fleet were replaced? So if the business is so close to bankrupt why are they replacing all the trucks. Sound like something you would do, so later on you can go 'see we're bankrupt'.

 | Hi all. I made an appointment to put my boy Sam down tomorrow afternoon. Sam is 15 and has hyperthyroidism which we have been treating. He has pretty advanced tooth decay also. He has lost a lot of weight and even when eating 6 or so "single" meals a day has made no significant weight gain if any. Over the last week he has barely eaten aswell as toileting on the carpet etc. He dosnt go out much anymore and sleeps a lot. He still loves a pat and to fall asleep next to me purring. I feel like it's all downhill for him from here, eg becoming sicker, less mobile, losing more weight and pain. I feel like it's his time but you always second guess yourself. My quest 3 right controller has a very small amount of drift not worth replacing the controller over dead zones fix it however I've noticed everytime the controller is disconnected or the quest 3 is turned off the controllers dead zone resets but doesn't say it's reset in the settings and I have to reset the dead zone anyone else had this issue? And is there a fix?

Looking to stretch out to distances of 400-500yd or more if possible with subs, (not necessarily for hunting more for target shooting) (for science😂) out of a savage axis what scope recommendations do we have for that kind of adjustment in mrad that doesn’t break the bank? I’m aware that you’d probably have to max out adjustments and use holds on top of it for most scopes bc of drop. Also am aware that the 8.6 blk is ideal for such distance but wanting to do it with the 300blk specifically.
