For Christmas we have a big family (40-50 people), myself and a few cousins were going to contribute by running a bar with cocktails we have two recipes that are sours (passionfruit whiskey sour and a rhubarb gin sour) that are top notch but they take a bit more time and can be messy.
Does anyone have any tips or recommendations to making this process more streamlined? We were going to mix the syrup, lemon, spirits into a premade mix but the egg adds a level of difficulty. We don't want to crack and split the white for each cocktail and if we split the eggs in advance would we need to keep each egg white separate for ratios, etc. Also it's so messy doing the dry shake I feel like I always make a mess taking the lid off afterwards.
Any help would be appreciated- this is also Christmas in Australia so if anyone has any good recipes for a hot/beach Christmas day bar menu send them through!

Ok so I will be as breif as possible. This is in Georgia more particularly in Athens ga.In the 1960s my grandparents and great grandparents bought a peice of property on milledge Ave in the middle of the frat houses and developed it into 4 buildings 30 apartment units. The last one of my grandparents passed away in 1994. There are no deeds in the title chain that show him granting this property to anyone. The last deed under my grandparents name was a security deed to metropolitan life insurance. Which they reconveyed to them a year later in a quitclaim back to them. My grandfather also had a 10 ft alley way easement which is a part of the property description comes in a side street and makes a complete circle around the entire complex. when he passed there was no probate filed or anything whatsoever. Fast forward to now my father has passed away this July. So I have been trying to look into any assets or any thing that would need probate. The only thing I can see is that the address for the apartments that my grandparents owned has been under an LLC and or property Management since then. But in no way whatsoever did any of my grandparents convey this property to anyone. So I'm not sure what to do or if there is anything i can do. I understand that this is not the form for legal advice and I'm not asking for legal advice just advice.
