I (26M) have been dealing with a porn addiction for a while now, and it feels like I’m stuck in a never-ending cycle. No matter how many times I try to quit, I always end up going back to it. It’s starting to take a toll on my mental health and relationships, and I really want to break free from it. What strategies or methods have worked for you guys? I could use some solid advice on how to finally quit for good.

One of the probably causes is something that the github page says to extract the zip to the root of the SD card, but there's already a folder named "3ds" there and I don't want to risk overwriting it and losing everything there. 2024.11.28 02:40 GuenterMann PC turning off (not booting) because of RAM?
 | So I had 4 of the same RAM sticks for some time. (Technically, model is the same but 2 have one sided chips other 2 on both sides) Then suddenly my PC started turning itself off when booting, after like 10-15 seconds abruptly and trying again to boot. No image, no beeps or anything, but if all RAM is taken out, it beeps 3 times because no RAM. So tried every stick alone, only one didn’t allow PC to boot. Tried, to be sure, again later and every stick worked for some reason until whole PC froze a day later and didn’t start again because same issue. Then, in pairs of two, used Windows Memory diagnosis. One Pair showed an issue, so removed that pair, which included the previously thought broken RAM stick. Worked until now, then again same problem. Removed one of the RAM sticks, still didn’t work. Removed remaining RAM Stick and put in previously removed one, working now. What I did notice though was, that when PC was starting with some removed RAM sticks. Looking at the EZ debug LEDs, they showed 3 times „Boot“ and then the PC started but it looked like only after 3 tries (image of Mainboard brand/Bios screen sometimes appeared twice too). And now I don’t know what the problem could be, thats why the post. But going to bed now, because it’s 3:30 AM currently, so can only answer tomorrow. I hope I included enough information and happy thanksgiving.
