I had a friend that I had a disagreement with that ultimately I got ghosted and the friendship ended.
I am sad about it definitely mourning the loss of a friend I thought I had, but with realising that she was never that friend I thought she was the sadness becomes less.
I commented on her status on a political issue (she is well aware of my views on it and that I don’t want to have those things on my phone because I have a child, it’s my choice ) She tried to make me see it her way at first and then she started getting angry and rude, I stated I don’t want part in this (posting, debates, riots ) I was tired, postpartum and going through bad PPD, i nicely put my foot down and she didn’t like it, I was told many things about myself but the one thing that sticks with me and hurts me is the “my friend is going through so much worse than you but she can still support and take part in this “ it made me feel like I’m not enough, and I’m still trying to shake it, I never once was disrespectful towards her views, in fact I like friends with different opinions because we can learn from them and better each other.
I just wanted to talk about this because it’s bothering me a bit❤️🔥 be kind

I am currently in my pre-final year at a tier 1 , and think i am almost well settled with my academics + non-academic activities( if you know what i mean) . I dont have a very large group of friends just a small circle of people i can ONLY sometimes trust . In the past 3 years at college , i was not at all interested in getting into relationships. invested myself in grades , projects , skills and pursuing my hobbies . But in this last semesters ,ironicallly , all my close ones have moved into a relationship of their own . I do not consider myself a too attractive person or too ugly as i have never been approached ( except for a fee times where i am still confused till date if it was a complement or a flirt ) . Anyways , i just wanted to ask you guys if you are/had been a relationship in your clg , and is it really beneficial in a any way as this always hits me sometimes that maybe i am ugly enough to never be approached ?

Je rencontre pendant mes sessions de jeux de grosse perte de FPS de manière aléatoire qui me font beaucoup lager et rend le jeu désagréable.
J'ai essayé plusieurs configurations dans les options du jeu mais rien y fait même en très basse résolution je continue a avoir de grosses pertes de FPS et donc de gros lag.
Je joue sur un pc portable dont voici la configuration Processeur 12th gen Intel(R) Core (TM) I7 - 12650 H 2.30 GHz RAM 16 Go Carte Graphique NVIDIA GTX 4070.
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider a trouver une solution pour que je puisse profiter pleinement du jeu correctement ça serait super ou bien peut être dois je attendre un patch correctif.

I am the manager and have a team of 4 engineers. 2 seniors and 2 juniors. They all report directly to me.
One of the seniors was trying to supervise and constantly correct one of the juniors tasks. The junior was constantly upset and I had to intervene to fix the drama. That junior team member wasn't performing very well and I knew that, but they all have different and separate responsibilities, so there was no reason for the senior engineer to intervene.
The junior engineer resigned and we have now a new person. I am noticing the senior engineer is again trying to get involment in everyone's tasks with the excuse they want to be aware of what's happening in case someone is on holidays, etc. Is this really a thing? This sr engineer is the oldest team member in the group and used to manage everything at some point when the company was smaller. This is not possible anymore so everyone has specific responsibilities they accountable for. I think they have trouble letting this go. How would you manage this situation? I don't want this to be an issue again and this person is an up and down type of individual. I am planning to discuss it again with them, but I need some advise please, I am somewhat new in managing people, I like it but its exhausting.
