Iā€™ve dated a decent amount of girls, hooked up with, and have had 2 serious relationships in my life. The thing is I have been a slave to my inferiority complex. Iā€™ve always had it in my mind, why are they dating me? If we would walk down the street and Iā€™d see a 6ā€™2 guy. I would instantly think my girlfriend or the girl Iā€™ve been seeing would want him. Iā€™m not the tallest, nor the strongest. But I always am in my head wondering when these girls I date will just leave me for some taller, stronger, and better looking. Iā€™ve been cheated on before and I found out about the guy. He was taller than me and I therefore thought he was better.
I genuinely am starting to become cold and distant. I slowly want to isolate myself because what is the point of a relationship. Why would someone want a man who looks like a boy (me). When thereā€™s so much better options. I feel so much less than and I constantly talk to multiple girls to fill this void. I constantly think every girl wants the best of the best and I have to always have my options open incase a better, stronger, looking person comes along, and they leave me.
How do you guys do it and stay confident within yourselfs?? Height is a huge insecurity, feeling like Iā€™m a boy in my 20s is another insecurity

2024.11.28 08:22 katiecharm The story was so shitty, made so by deliberately bad choices. What were they thinking!? (full spoilers)

The most frustrating thing is this game has possibly the best acted main character I have ever seen. You really connect with Jacob and he reacts so naturally to the insanity and tragedy around him.
You really like him, and want him to escape.
So what happens? You lose your co-pilot and friend (sucks but okay) and then make a rogue friend in the prison. Cool. Then slowly this chap grows on you and you begin to trust each other. Cool.
Right about the time you start thinking - hah, I saved you that time! Paid you back! And you start to feel some bond with this guy.... DEAD. Useless stupid death.
I was so annoyed by that. The game would have been so much better if these two guys had both survived against all hope. We KNOW the horror game trope is just to kill everyone but it would have bucked the trope so hard and been so welcome (and left a good taste in everyone's mouth).
So what happens next? We get boring Asian lady. She isn't likable, she has no chemistry with our character, and we fucked her over - I get that. But they beat his guilt over the incident into our heads ENDLESSLY. By the end I was so sick of it.
And then what do we get? You play through the whole Final Transmission DLC for what....? The whole DLC is a dream sequence and as a final "fuck you" to the player the main character dies.
It's just such a shitty way to end things with a character we really liked after bonding to him for many hours.
Whoever wrote this shitty story - what were you thinking? Thanks for wasting all of our time.

What do you all use to keep tabs on the location of your Kindle? Just received a new Kindle (PW Signature) to replace one I lost earlier this year within 6 months of receiving it (I donā€™t have the foggiestā€¦ just couldnā€™t find it anymore one day). Looking for a gadget/solution that will work within the Apple ecosystem.

  1. Just so Iā€™ve asked: thereā€™s no native ā€œFind Myā€-solution for the Kindle, right? Even if you were willing to look up the Kindle location on a Windows 11 laptop?
  2. As a last resort, happy to stick a AirTag on my Kindle. Not loving the bump it will create. If any of you have stuck an AirTag on your Kindle, what kind of AirTag holder do you use and where on the Kindle did you place it so as not to be in the way?
  3. Should I consider one of the card-shaped ā€œFindMyā€-compatible trackers like the ones that makers of manly wallets (Ekster, Ridge, etc.) are offering? That would avoid the bump but Iā€™m sure without the battery warnings Iā€™ll forget to charge and it will sit uselessly on the Kindle Iā€™ve left on the airport seat beside mine. If any of you have chosen one of these card-shaped FindMy-compatible trackers, which one did you pick (and why)?
Would be so grateful for any suggestions! Even while I still had my previous Kindle, you would not believe the number of times I couldnā€™t find it in our house. Iā€™m sure a tracking solution would come in handy

Devs have stated that these boosts go away around the middle of January. (Before the 10th anni).
Would be a shame to have so much fun with these boosted units only for them to disappear.
So I'm thinking maybe the 10th year units will have some active / domain / new mechanic that re-unlocks the boosts we're currently experiencing for the older anni units???

Marten store I noticed that they had like a super thin half sole thing and the front part, or the whole thing, was like a super hard piece of board of some sort?? Are these comfortable at all?? Or is buying an insole a must when buying a pair like these? Iā€™m a size 10M US and usually docs in size 10M fit me perfectly but would yall recommend going a whole size up to 11 if I wanted to add an insole?? Just now (after the pictures were taken) I did another break and shake to see if I can fix it? šŸ˜‚ but thatā€™s probably wishful thinking.
I think what might have happened is: when inoculating, I sprayed everything down, including my SAB with a ton of ISO, but didnā€™t let it dry before inoculating; so I think that dampness and the humidity pulled in some moisture into my AIO bag.
What do you guys think?

Things that I have tried - Downloaded the correct BIOS(3.01) and BIOSUBU.BIN and transferred them on a 16GB Fat 32 formatted flashdrive. Run the BIOS Flashback The green light never stops blinking.
Also the PC can be turned on by the case's power button but wont turn-off or reboot with any combination of button press or hold.
