My uncle was alcoholic and lost in debt. To get out of stress he used to drink more. My mom made sure to keep me away from them but then she got hospitalised. Having no other option my dad left me with them until he could figure something out.
They had one bedroom apartment and I was sitting in bedroom. I could see the living room from inside. Uncle had two other guys over for drinks. I didn't understand if they were his friends or some people he owed money. They sat to drink and aunt was bringing them whatever they asked.
After some time uncle had passed out and they were still drinking. Couple minutes later I heard her sob and plead and looked out to see them on her. She was begging them to not to for sake of her husband atleast. I saw that and froze, couldn't even move to close the door.
After they left she still cooked food for me and we ate. I don't remember her even looking me in the eyes. I tried therapy and hypnosis to forget the night but it has not worked yet. Worse still it does not stop me from getting aroused if I am already and it leaves lot of guilt afterwards.

Hi,
I've been using Chromium for a couple of months now. Today I was trying to install Zoom on my laptop, and Chromium at first refused to download the .deb file because Safe Browsing was not enabled. Then I had to click the option to continue downloading despite Safe Browsing not being enabled.
I've never really encountered Safe Browsing before ... I read up on it and I get that it protects you from malicious websites, but it also sends your browsing data to Google, I believe? Is your browsing data anonymized before being sent? Is this data genuinely used only for identifying malicious websites, or is it hoarded for telemetry and other purposes?

Desinstalei Instagram, Facebook e Threads e quando tô em horário vago, nâo tenho mais com o que me distrair no cel. Na real meu objetivo mesmo era procurar coisas por fora pra fazer (tipo desenhar, que era o que eu mais fazia quando era criança). Ainda tenho Tiktok, Youtube, aqui o Reddit, etc., mas não são a mesma coisa que o Instagram por exemplo. Acho que o pior mesmo é o Instagram. De mês em mês reinstalo. Bora ver se consigo me desfazer de vez algum dia.
