I was wondering if anyone else has any similar examples of anything like this:
I live near a golf course and I can see gofers take swings sometimes. Ive noticed that during specific times of day crows would all make a load of noise, like a huge clamor, and stop suddenly after. I’ve been trying to figure out if they’re signaling a hawk or other predator but never put it together until today. I was in my balcony watching a group of guys line up for a tee. Without fail, every time someone would go up to swing (after the fake practice swings) they would all start screaming right up till the ball hit. Specifically on the real swing, I still would have missed this if the second to last golfer hadn’t exclaimed in frustration about the noise..
The crows learned to mess with the golfer swings… I’m gonna try to get a video of this next chance I get!!
Does anyone else know of anything like this happening elsewhere?

Je suis tatoueur et je suis en train de créer mon site internet. Afin de faciliter la prise de rendez-vous et la réservation des motifs que je propose, j'intègre une plate forme de e-commerce à mon site internet via Woocommerce.
L'idée étant que le client puisse payer en ligne le motif désiré, parmi un catalogue (chaque motif n'est tatoué qu'une seule fois), puis est dirigé vers un calendrier afin de choisir la date de son rendez-vous.
Cependant, je suis un peu perdu dans la qualification du produit et les conditions de vente :
Normalement, le tatouage est considéré comme une prestation de service dont la vente se fait en direct la plupart du temps, payé à la fin du service. Il y a très souvent demande de dépôt d'arrhes pour la prise de rendez vous et la réalisation du motif.
Quelle devient donc la qualification du produit que je vends en ligne qui est alors payé intégralement lors de la réservation ?
S'agit-il toujours d'une prestation de service que le client réserve, ou bien s'agit-il alors d'un produit numérique (le design) que le client achète et la prestation de tatouage est alors 'gratuite' ?
En découle ma question sur les conditions de vente et notamment le droit de rétractation que je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir bien compris : S'il s'agit d'une prestation de service, le client garde un droit de rétractation de 14j minimum, auquel il renonce lors de la réalisation de la prestation ; S'il s'agit d'un produit numérique, le client renonce à son droit de rétractation lors de l'achat. Est ce bien cela ?
