Hi there, I’m just wanting some reassurance as to why my OCD has been so terrible this year For context: I used to work remote 3 days a week and in February of this year got a job where I have I’m full time in office, in a field where I’m fairly unexperienced and had to learn a lot. In May, my grandfather started experiencing health complications and unfortunately passed away in early June. In July, one of my best friends girlfriends made a move on me and tried to cheat on my best friend, which led to us not speaking for a couple of weeks. In August, I took a family vacation which ended up in a screaming match between my brother and father. To which, they also did not speak for weeks. In September I decided to move out which is where everything seemed to crash in on me and I’ve been trying to deal with one of the hardest flareups I’ve had in such a long time.
All this to be said, could this amount of stress be linked to why the OCD seems to be so much worse recently?
TLDR: stressful year, could it be why I’m struggling?

At this point I have totally lost my mind probably going insane not understanding what's happening anymore What happened was I really love my makeup and i get attached to almost everything and I had this shade of lipstick which was very very hard to find, I was searching for it and found it no where until I realised that our house help probably threw it in the trash this wasn't the first time she also threw a nearly full bottle of hair serum and I got emotional kinda teared up and went to mom to speak to her, and she just ignored me and ofc that made me cry hearing my cry she just increased the volume of tv i kinda lost my mind i told her why can't u ever heard me out all u do is ignore and then she started saying it's all your fault whatever happened was because of you, how is it even my mistake? She called dad and then dad called me and started slandering me in the worst ways possible i cannot even use the words he used to describe He said if I ever speak I will slit your throat myself (He hits me so I am sure he might just do that) He said everytime I step out of him it's for prostitution and sleeping with men cause I am characterless called me slut and horrible thing
I just don't understand how is any of this my fault? I had an exam today i asked my mom half hour before leaving to prepare me some food which required just heating it up, I was in a hurry so I couldn't do it myself otherwise I would have never asked her 40 mins pass by I'm about to leave I just told her I asked for food And she goes " you could have told me before" I did i promise i told her half hour before She was just too busy watching tv She just treats me this way The day before yesterday my sister asked for a cake And she actually went out got all the ingredients and made and gave it to her the same day Why do they both treat me like this?

I’m looking to buy a tablet primarily for studying, reading books and articles, watching lectures, and taking some notes. I can order from Europe, the USA, or any online shop that ships worldwide, but I haven’t found much information about the availability of the Pro version.
If anyone has any details about this, I’d really appreciate it!
I also have a few questions:
- Is 400 nits bright enough? I probably won’t be reading in direct sunlight, but I will be in well-lit areas.
- Is the note-taking experience on the Pro version better? I’ve heard there’s some latency with the regular version (though I’m not sure if it’s a software issue).
- Does the regular version experience any lag?

Therefore, yes, when the ignorant mind appears to exist, then it creates toxic thoughts. But for the awakened one, it is thoughts that create the mind.
